[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance — MATURITY OF THE POLICY

The maturity of my PLI Policy No. GJ-100671-CS dated 4-3-1992 was 4-3-2010. Till this date I have neitehr received the matured amount nor any intimation from them. Even I had visited them on[protected] and promised me to settle my policy in 10 days. Pls do the needful.

I am have taken postal endowment assurance policy and the no is TN/117768-CS. the date of maturity is 15/02/2010.
i have also remitted excessively 2 premiums in March and April 2010. i have also sent the client forms with original policy and the last 6 months premium payment details to the Post Master General, chennai circle.
I have given the option of maturity value payment option at Thallakulam HO, Madurai.
now i wold like to knowthe ststus of my request.

I would like to draw your kind attention that I had submitted my records and documents in respect of my Policy No-OR-75997-CS on 31/07/2013 at RHAHAM post office, which was matured on 23.01.2013 for getting my maturity value, but till today the same has not been paid to me. Hence, I enclosed my documents which were submitted earlier for your kind information and I shall be highly great full if the will be paid at a reasonable time.
