Professional Couriers — Non delivery of package / No intimation | |
Dear Sirs, I had booked a package of passport photos to be submitted for my son's school application via Professional Couriers vide BLR38263247 on 28-Jan-2009 and the package has not yet been delivered to the destination as of today (03-Feb-2009). Their call center says the package has reached the TOLICHOWKI branch and the person manning the TOLICHOWKI branch is not able to trace the package. Dear Sir,
I couriered a letter to my aunt on 19th May 2009 in Chandrapur (Maharashtra) but it has not reached till date i.e. 26th May. The docket number is BLR57503486. This is not the first time, earlier they delivered a parcel in broken condition in Surat (Gujrat).
I would not use their service in the future and also recommend others to do same.
