[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Bunch of thieves | |
I recently send a courier from Trivandrum to Calicut, which include 5 packets of company sealed MP3-Video players, but the recipient received only 2, somebody has teared the sealed cover and stole 3 MP3/Video players. Even after my complaint the authorities in Trivandrum, Cochin (Kochi) and Mumbi office had done nothing to get it back to us. They have totally ignored our complaint and their behavior is highly irritating .. Professional Courier is nothing but a bunch of thieves... Dont do business with them...! I like to place my complaint on Professional courier Kanyakumari District TamilNadu.The parcel(to Madurai sent by mum fr my birthday has been tampered by thzcourier service people and many items inside the parcel is missing including chocochalates, sweets, one fancy decorative item all are missing and they have repacked it and the parcel reached here to Madurai today on 7/9/09 again they have repacked and send witout the items.theft in real sense.How can we trust a courier which lack geniuinity and how can thz people boast ur service z good.Full of thieves in thz courier.I want my things back and action to be taken against the culprits.These people lack credibility .
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM..

The courier company employees stole 3 packets, for this the authorities in Trivandrum, Cochin (Kochi) and Mumbi office had done nothing to get it back to us.
