[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Stolen the product in the parcel | |
I was sent a mobile phone in parcel from Chennai to Nagercoil on 5th November. I was supposed to receive it on 7th but they didn’t deliver it on 7th and I went there to Nagercoil –chettykulam professional couriers office and received it on 8th, when I came home and open the parcel I could only find the mobile charger, mobile and the battery were missing. They have cut the box and removed them and pasted the pox and given it to me. Courier number is[protected]. I am helpless and do not know what to do. Was this information helpful? | |

It has been clearly stated that mobiles, cloths, money are not supposed to be send through couriers. then why did u send through courier
