I had sent a Bag to Belthangady, Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka on 14/01/2011 Friday.
But it had reached the BAILHONGAL,BELGAUM, HAVERI on Jan 17 2011....!
Did enquire with the your organization fellows regarding this, but it did not make any difference.
Even following it up from last four days the bag is still at wrong destination.
Tried Calling the Bangalore Customer Care ::
[protected] == > Busy from last four days..!(Called 23 times)
[protected] == > Nobody receives the call..!(Called 23 times)
[protected] == > Nobody receives the call..!(Called 27 times)
After repeatedly trying form last four days a lady a received a call ([protected] ) and promised me that she will get back to after an hour.
Then after i keep trying to contact them nobody receives the call..! . She had not even given me the complaint number.
Filled a customer online request (http://www.tpcindia.com/customer-care.aspx ), nothing have moved even an inch.
The complaint has been logged regarding this issue on Monday(Complaint Number: 2687), nobody got back to me on this; at least for namesake .
I had sent mail to following id of Bangalore branch , no response.

Been visiting personally to Bangalore Branch (Marathahalli) from last four days , no use..!
Never expected such a bad service from so reputed organization.
Please do the needful at soon possible.
'We use courier for faster service, if it is not reaching the nearer destination with in week (Promised to reach within 3 days) it does not make sense'

The way the employees and customer care fellow, the way they responding is utterly Unprofessional ..
The only way left with is to take help of Consumer Court.
