[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Irresponsible Service

One Consignment has been booked from Calicut, to Cochin through professional courier.DOC no:6284563

I've contacted their cochin Office after 3 days and asked about the nondelivery of the consingment and reason for non delivery is something AWESOME. MY OFFICE IS AT 7TH FLOOR AND THE LIFT WAS NOT WORKING.I SPOKE TO ONE OF THE DELIVERY BOY NAMELY MR.NISHAD AT THEIR EDAPPALLY OFFICE I ASKED HIM WHY CAN'T YOU GIVE A CALL FROM THE GROUND FLOOR? HE REPLAYED COMPANY DOESN'T PROVIDED MOBILE PHONE.THEN I ASKED HIM WHY CAN, T YOU GIVE A CALL FROM YOUR OFFICE AND INFORM US BY WHAT TIME YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO REACH OUR OFFICE. HE SAID THIS MUCH IS ALL HE CAN DO AND IF YOU HAE ANY COMPLAINTS YOU CAN CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE.
BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE NUMBERS I'VE CONTACTED TO GET THESE CONSIGNMENT TO GET DELIVERED

THE ONLY MISTAKE I'VE MADE IS BOOKED A HALF KG PARCEL THROUGH PROFESSIONAL COURIER.
