Professional Couriers — Late Courier Delivery

This is to bring in your kind notice that a parcel has been booked in my name from Pune to Raipur on 16th July 2013. And it has been not delivered till date (4 days).

However it is the matter of great concern that it should not take more than 2-3 days but it has already taken 4 days & still when we do follow-up with local vendor they answer stating that it will take 2-3 days more.

I must say this is very poor service given by Professional couriers, even a normal post not take more than 3 days then what is the use of such courier services.

Client's Urgency for parcel should be considered & should be taken up on priority for any courier company - but this spirit cannot be seen here, really pathetic experience.
