[Resolved] Provident Fund And EPF Thane. — Loss Of Cheques (Cheque No : 525393 & 141021) | |
Dear Sir, I am Arun Thomas; my PF account no is THA-03/MH/99955/ /4311. On 10 Aug 2009, I have received the copy of the letter confirming the dispatch of two cheques (Cheque No : 525393 & 141021) to my account [protected], with The Federal Bank Ltd, Banaswadi Branch, Bangalore - 43. On contacting the branch on 17 Aug 2009, they informed that they have not received the cheques. Could you please check and advise the date on which the cheques were posted and the rference number of posting, if any? Many thanks for your prompt processing of my withdrawal request.
