[Resolved] Provident Fund — Provident Fund Claim Still Pending - More than a year

Dear Sir,

I have worked with E-Serve International Ltd. I submitted PF Claim request in Jan'09. But till date, I have not received any acknowledgement of the same. I tried several nos. but they don't pick up their phones. In addition, I send emails but the result was same i.e. no revert.

As per PF website, my claim is received on 15/01/2009 and is being processed. Kindly try after 30 days from submission.

State - MAHARASHTRA / Region : MALAD(KANDIVILLI) / Establishment Code : 35679 / Employee No : 25699

As per EPF Website (epfindia.nic.in)details are mention below:

80241466 Form 19 Under Process Your Claim is received on 15/01/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.
80241467 Form 10C Under Process Your Claim is received on 15/01/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap as I am in need of money.

I-Process — Provident Fund. still pending

Dear Sir
I was working with I-Process Services Pvt Ltd,and i left my job on Aug. 2008 and after that i applied to withdraw my PF on March -09 ( 24/3/09)..after submit my forms I tried to contact the PF office but no one is picking the phone.( ph no:[protected],[protected]..this is my kindly request to you please settle my pf as early as possible..
