260 DAYS DELAY IN PF WITHDRAWL
I had personally gone and deposited my Provident Fund withdrawl form at Wazirpur office on 25th July 2008.(Acknowlegement slip attached).
My Form No - 28104725
EST CODE - DL / 35440
Employee No - 18
On numerous request to staff, but no action has been taken so far
On 04th Feb 2009, personally gone and locate my papers from 4th Floor and get receiving (Receiving attached) but afterwards nobody picks up phone and donit know what to do.
It has been now 260 days passed and Amount have not received the same so far.
Kindly look into the matter and I will be hightly oblideged.

I have received copy of registered letter No.129489/36484 dated 10.07.09 regarding my pension from Nidhi Bhawan, Sector-5, Jagriti vihar, meerut 250006 on which my PNB bank account has mentioned for transfering my pension amount. But so far not received any confirmation from PF Office Wazirpur.
Please look into the matter very seriously.

My P/f A/c no is DL/13668/0095 ( ESTER INDUSTRIES LIMITED ) have not been issued the PF Accumulation slip for the Year Ending Feb 2008 & Feb 2009.
Pl look into the matter and confirm the tentative date when the slip will be issued by your office.

Sir,
My father was employ in Cement Corporation India in Cement Factory Akaltara. He had expired in 14th Feb.2009. My father employ no. 3538 and PPO No. UP/VNS/34758 & PFA/C No. UP/2227/3118. I applied for Family Pension sent through Akaltara Cement Factory. PF Delhi Office sent me message in 17th July that your claim is right and document is ok but there is no reply for my final settlement of Pension form your PF Office. When I am asking to Asst. PF officer Delhi in Warzipur office he say only your file is in process. Sir how much time take my final settlement of Pension because my pension pending for 2 month.
