260 DAYS DELAY IN PF WITHDRAWL
I had personally gone and deposited my Provident Fund withdrawl form at Wazirpur office on 25th July 2008.(Acknowlegement slip attached).
My Form No - 28104725
EST CODE - DL / 35440
Employee No - 18
On numerous request to staff, but no action has been taken so far
On 04th Feb 2009, personally gone and locate my papers from 4th Floor and get receiving (Receiving attached) but afterwards nobody picks up phone and donit know what to do.
It has been now 260 days passed and Amount have not received the same so far.
Kindly look into the matter and I will be hightly oblideged.

Provident fund is our right to get it, I appeal to Govt kindly refund our PF back asap without further delay.

Unwanted documents are repeatedly asked. How can an employee produce 35 years old records since he worked in several organisations. Kindly instruct your concerned office the status of private organisations. The PF office has all the records in their ready hand, still they are troubling the employees always

We have Deposite the P.F. form No. 19 & 10 C on Jan. 2010 for withdrawal P.F and our P.F. CODE AND ACCOUNT NO. IS DL/21535/10075 (SHISH RAM MALIK S/O SH. MOOLA RAM AND DL/21535/17631 (MANJEET S/O SH. DALIP SINGH But we have not recd. any payment or any objection letter, am not able to receive any confimation form PF office.
you are requested to release my P.F. & F.P.F amount.

Hi,
My name is Prashant Adsul. I had applied for my pf on February 2010 and had given details of the local bank. About three days back i received a reply for pf office stating that my pf has been cleared in 2007. They have also sent the cheque details. I did check my bank records, however i couldnt trace the cheque number or the amount. kindly help as i have already written to the pf office and has not received any reply from them.

This has reference to the above our Company M/s Indfos Industries Ltd. had surrender the PF Trust vide your letter no. 93068/C-III/Exemption dt. 18.03.2008 on 27.09.2008 & subsquently transfer the fund alongwith the intrest payment upto 30.09.2008.
We have receipt my PF slips for the year 2008-2009, we find that the PF office did not incorporate our transfer amt in our total PF accumplation hence no intrest was paid during 2008-2009 in my transfer amt.
We are request you to please rechek the intrest calculation & credit the intrest amt for the period Oct-2008 to Mar-2009.

I am Madhulica Chand, I applied for PF on 20th Feb 2010. Since my organization changed its name twice when I was working there, I was asked to submit two PF forms one in Gurgaon and one in Delhi. I got the amount from Gurgaon office but till date I have not received my PF amount from delhi office. My PF account no. is DL/17883/2776. I was asked to drop the form in drop box at PROVIDENT FUND OFFICE, BHAVISHYA NIDHI BHAVAN, SRO 28, WAZIRPUR INDUSTRIAL AREA, DELHI-46 . Now I am told that form is not there.I request you to please give this matter a prompt attention as this is causing me a lot of trouble n mental tension. Its nor easy for me to go again and again to PF office to enquire.
