Racold Eterno Electrical Storage Water Heater — regularly giving problem

dear sir,
i have purchased racold water heater in 2005. at the begining it was working properly for only two years. after that it is giving problem. for that i have replaced heating element of racold twice by paying charge to your dealer in munger within a period of six months. again it is giving problem of heating as well as the water which is coming out is not fresh water. it is rusted water having copper color.
i become fadeup o[censored]sing this geyser as i feel that i have made great blunder by purchasing this geyser.
so i request you to please replace my geyser immediately.]
