[Resolved]  RCOM — Complain against reliance communication for deduct excess money for service which I never enjoy

Dear Sir,
I purchased reliance’s prepaid connection before 3 years back since there I recharge my connection so many times. But since it activated, they deducted my more than Rs 2000 for valu added service such as Ring tone pack, sms services. While I didn’t subscribe for such services. When I asked for the proof from reliance customer care ( that I subscribe such value added pack) they replied that they don’t have any proof. At last on 20 days before Rs 20 deducted for ipl massage but i can not activated that service.
They activated &deducted from my balance . when i complaint against that they told u get Rs20 refunded within 24hrs but till 15 days gone amount not added to my balance . for that i got mentally desturb & this is not firts time happend with me so many times happend with me . so now i decided to do complaint against them ...However, this loot practice is going on and on. They once again deduct some charges and I am sure that such unfair practice will continue in future also. So…..
My expectations are as below…
1 I want all my money back which they deduct for value added service unethically and unlawfully since it activated .
2.For mentaly harrasment i wnat to charge them RS 100000.
3. Before activating such services they should take consumers’ written permission and not by SMS or phone call.
4. They should maintain proof for activating such services.
5. Reliance India mobile should give written assurance about ALL the charges.
6. Fine such mobile operators who deduct any amount from customer without their written permission.
7. No value added services should allowed in prepaid connection as they deduct directly from their balance.
8. There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the mobile operators for unethical practice, mal practices, unfair practices and deduct amount without the written permission of customer.
9. Strong customer care service must required.

Reliance — deduction of credit

the reliance network is getting onto my nerves. 0.facebook.com when accessed through my mobile deducts my credit. Calling up customer care didnt make a difference infact i was told that they were helpless.
Hate reliance.

Reliance Communication — Additional Charges without usage

Reliance Communication is a cheat comapny, who charges for no-usage and tries to use Legal and other things to get it from the users. They are the biggest fraud in country.
First they charged fo no-usage.
Send the wrong bills
try to play legal game.

2000 rs recharge — money deducted but no balance

recharged my phone with amount of 1000 rs order no is 7194900 and second one is 7194430 my union bank account was debited but Did not get my phone recharged please refund my money back

My landline phone was dead more then 2 months, i pay all the bills.
I surrendered my landline phone[protected] from 3 months back.

But refund not received, can u help me on this matter.
Till Date after visiting your Reliance showroom(Sector-4 vaishali, Ghaziabad) numerous times, all we have received are wrong verbal promises.

While selling connections, Reliance representatives run after us , but on disconnection no one is bothered to update or refund the Security Deposit of Rs 3000 /- lying with Reliance.
This is our worst experience with Reliance.

Reliance — several time money deducted

Dear Sir,
For your kind information i have a complain for reliance cdma . The problem is that several time reliance detect my money from my mobile balance when we talk customer care than the executive says that services are activated on your mobile but never i have not taken any plan for these type . DND service also activated than why he says that a call made by him delivered on my no. and i follow the instruction for this these services are activated. This is not good and for this type of problem i have made lots of telephonic complain but this problem is still same. Recant ally i recharge my phone with 25 rs. and i made one or two call now at this time balance is nil, pls reply me what should i do.

Reliance — Having Login Problem in Reliance My Services

Hi I got message on Aug-28 that "We have registered your request.You phone as modem will be activated shortly".Rs 3 is deducted. But I have not requested anything.Could you please deactive the request/service ,otherwise more amount will be deducted ? Thanks, Rakesh [protected]

It Was 13/05/2014 when i first reported about Network Outage in My area. Request No[protected] . I have called Customer Care few time for an update but all they tell me that its Technical team who know when this issue will be resolved. On my end i have to leave my phone on Call forwarding to other Network so that i don't miss on any calls. Please get it fixed.

Data balance lapse.
Today I recharged my Reliance prepaid no. [protected] with rs246 inter net pack with 2gb 3g data but I received only 1.5 GB...
also when I connected to inter net all 1.5 GB was deducted instantly and when I talk to customer care executives they say that it is my fault and I will not get any refund please help me.
And I would also like to state that RCOM has the worst customer service...
I am having a reliance prepaid phone. My prepaid reliance no. is [protected]. From last 3 months when I recharged my prepaid no. then any vas service activate automatically and charged 3 to 5 rs from last 3 month i have lost above 50 rs when i call to customer care no. 198 from there i didn't received any response from reliance customer care. Now you tell me what i do if you don't do something then i have only one option that i will port my reliance GSM prepaid no. to other companies prepaid no .
I am unable to contact with customer care through 198 & *333 . for all time
