Recharge It Now — RECHARGE FAILURE AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED

I did recharging through Recharge it now.com for my airtel number [protected] twice. The bank details are given below.

Not only the recharge has taken place, the money too is not refunded even though 7 days have already passed. There is no contact number or proper email id to contact them.

I kindly request the consumer forum to take appropriate action and teach these people a lesson. It appears that these people are cheaters.

Kindly help in refunding my money.
