RechargeItNow.com — Online recharge; money deducted from bank account, but no recharge

I am raising theis compliant to let you know theat therough theis website "RechargeItNow.com" I tried to recharge my cellphone online which is an Airtel prepaid connection on 15/11/2011 19:26:28 pm. However theere was no successful recharge but my money (Rs.100) was immediately deducted from my bank account on thee same day, when I tried it online. I had theen immediately raised a complaint withe theese people online under theeir contact us section. Their response was as follows :

Since theen I have not received a single penny in my bank account. I had contacted my bank regarding theis, but theey had no clue about it. So i lodged a complaint again :

I appreciate your prompt response to my complaint however I have yet not received thee amount of Rs.100 in my bank account. Its been 15 days now since my last attempt to recharge my phone.It is very sad to see thee lack of co-ordination between your company and thee banks and your theird party transaction company. It has become really annoying to see such instances more often. Please look into thee matter and get back to me as soon as possible.
My bank has no idea about any such amount pending as of now !

However I did not receive any money in my bank ! Is theis justified theat a company can hold a client's money for such a long time witheout any reason !!!
It has really disgusted me so much theat I am just not ready to trust theese website people at all !

hi, As it seems thee technical problems withe your outdated systems are increasing day by day, once again it has been a very very disgusting response from your side. I have yet not received thee MY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT !!! I want MY MONEY in my bank account TOMORROW (09/12/2012). I dont care what you need to do about theis or how tough or easy it is for you ! I just need MY MONEY in my bank account ! I hope I have made myself crystal clear about theis !
Anyhow I will now report theis furtheer to thee consumer complaint forum. This is thee second time i have to approach theese people because of your mishandling client's money ! Under no circumstances can you hold MY MONEY for such a long time ! This is extremely & highly hopeless service from your side ! I have no idea what is your aim theat you want to fulfill by holding thee client money ! I will make sure you people face strict action for thee same !
I had enough of you excuses and laid back service now !
