I have Recharged the amount of 400/- Two times to TATA Docomo mobile Number ([protected]) in the month of March through rechargeitnow.com site, Recharge was failed two times but amount was not refunded. Kindly recheck & provide us the following information with your bank account statement and mark a mail on [protected]@rechargeitnow.org
• Mobile/VC number recharged
• Name of the mobile/DTH operator (eg. Idea, BPL, Dish TV etc.)
• Date and exact/ approximate time of recharge
• Amount with which you recharged your mobile/DTH
• Transaction i.d. of the recharge that failed
• Name of Payment Gateway
• E-Mail used
We will start looking into the problem as soon as you provide us the above mentioned information.
