Rechargeitnow.com, Reliance Big TV — amount deducted but recharge failed

Amout of Rs. 350/- was deducted from my saving account but while asked help line for balance status no amount recharged. My Smart card Number is :[protected]

I had applied for recharge my Reliance DTH BIG TV conection of Rs 350/ -. connection has not been recharge but amount hasbeen deducted from my Axis Bank saving account. Transaction Details as below
