[Resolved]  RechargeItNow.com — wrong balance deduction during mobile recharge

MYSELF POULAMI GUPTA(MY CONTACT NO-[protected]),RECHARGED ON[protected] at [protected] with rs. 25 THROUGH MY BOI-MASTER DEBIT CARD. IT SHOWED FAILED RECHARGE. THEN AGAIN I RECHARGED THE SAME & IT SHOWED RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL. BUT AFTER SOMETIME I GOT 2 MSGS WITH DEBITING MY RS.25. THEN I CHECKED MY A/C AND I CONFIRMED THAT TWICE RS.25 DEBITED. I SUBMITTED MY COMPLAINT IN RECHARGEITNOW.COM. AS I GOT NO REPLY THEN AGAIN AFTER 10 DAYS I SUBMITTED AT ESCALATION COMPLAINT. I GOT MSG 4M RESOLUTION TEAM (MY PARTIAL CONVERSATION IS AS BELOW)

SO NOW SIR WHAT TO DO? EVERY TYM I RECHARGED THRU rechargeitnow.com. I APPRECIATE DIS SITE BCOZ IT ALWAYS DEBIT D AMOUNT WAT I EXACTLY RECHARGED. I REFFER MY FRNDS ALSO. PREVIOUSY THEY RETURNED MY BALANCE WAT IT DEBITED BY MISTAKE, BUT THIS TYM TOO MUCH. IT IS NOT A MATTER OF RS.25, MATTER IS WHY THEY DONT GET BACK MY BALANCE WHERE RS.25 DEBITED UNNECESSARY WITHOUT SUCCESSFUL RECHARGE.DEBITED TWICE WHEREAS RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL ONLY ONE TIME.THEY R NT READY TO ACCEPT THIS. ANOTHER PROBLEM I CANT EXPLAIN MYSELF LIKE HERE AS IN THEIR COMPLAINT SITE DUE TO WORD LIMIT. INSPITE OF DAT I POST IT TWICE. PLZ VERIFY THIS MATTER PROPERLY TO MAKE ME OUT OF THIS UNFAIR CONDITION. Rechargeitnow.com — Recharge Failed but balance deducted

I tried thrice to recharge my Airtel No. on 14th Feb 2011 through rechargeitnow.com via Axis Bank but my balance got deducted thrice and my no. couldn't get recharged even once.

I dont know who is responsible here either axis bank or payment gateway (rechargeitnow.com)

Plz help me out..
