NRI PERSONAL — Need of Passport urgently

Dear Sir,
I Navodit Sagar applied for my passport for renewal at delhi office.
My file no DLH Z[protected].
I am student of Ninth class and want to visit my Dad's country in oman on 15 may 2009 during upcoming holidays for that my dad has booked and bouught tickets too thinking i will get my passport by that date.
Now I am worried may be it will get delay.My police enquiry was also over.
I am having my residence visa on my old passport.
Please let me know when i will able to get my passport or there is any other way to get passport soon like Tatkal seva.

PASSPORT OFFICE — passport not received after submitting relevant documents many time

I mohammed ahmed mohiuddin had applied for passport on date[protected], and my file no is HYD W670623 09 my police verification also had been completed, so long time i received a letter from Regional Passport Office that i have to submitted COPY OF SCHOOL CERTIFICATE/BIRTH CERTIFICATE IN PROOF OF DATE AND PLACE OF BIRTH DULY ATTESTED BY GAZETTED OFFICER WITH NAME SEAL OF GAZETTED OFFICER. IN CASE OF ILLITERATES AN AFFIDAVITE AS PER ANNEXURE-F OF THE INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED TO THE APPLY MAY BE FURNISHED DULY ATTESTED BY A FIRST CLASS MAGISTRATE. this matter i received, after received this i again submitted school certificate attested by the gazetted officer with office seal and stamp, yet now i have not received my passport who ever is consent pls look into the matter and pls issue my passport hence its to long time i have been applied

Sir,

I have applied for re-issue of my Intl. Passport on 27 Jan. 2009 with necessary documents to Regional Passport Office, Kolkata, Even I attached the photo copy of my Graduation Certificate to get ECNR Stamp at my Passport . But they despatch my Passport without ECNR Stamp on April 2009 .
Here I give my Passport details :-

My Intl. Passport No. : H 4316289 and File No. : CAL B00197109 and Date of Issue : 30 . 03 . 09

So, I therefore request the appropriate authorities to look into my matter immediately and give me the ECNR Stamp at my Passport .

Sir,
I request your guidance for application of my wife's passport regarding the proof of date of birth. My wife had accidentally lost her certificate and admit card of School Final Examination long ago. Application for issue of a duplicate certificate to the Board of Secondary Examination failed to elicit any response. Her birth is not registered with kolkata Municipality. As of now he has no valid D.O.B certificate.
To complicate the matter she has once changed her name before marriage. All her educational certificates upto graduation are in the name o[censored]ma Das. Subsequently, she changed her name to Rumeli Das. In her voter I-card ( pre marraige) and our Marraige Registration certificate, her name have been recorded as Rumeli Das.
Is an affidafit before a first class magistrate, stating her date of birth and declaring Uma Das / Rumeli Das / Rumeli Mandal ( after marriage) as the same person will be accepted for the application of passport ? If not, what should I do for the purpose? Please advice.

Dear Sir,
On 28/1/2009 I applied for an International Passport, My File No. : CALW000050/09. On 26/2/2009 Kolkata Passport Office send my PASSPORT FORM to DIB office in Medinipur district due to Police Verification. They received the form on 28/2/2009. Till 9/5/2009 nobody from DIB Office visit in my house. On 10/5/2009 I went to DIB Office. They told me to bring the zerox copy of my voter card, ration card, admit card of Madhyamik and the character certificate of Gram Panchayat. They also claim Rs. 500 to send my form to kolkata office. I refuse to give them. and tell them I am a member of human rights. After knowing the fact they allow me to go and assure me to send my form tomorrow. But till today Kolkata office dont get any kind of clearance report from DIB Office.Sir please Necessay steps.
