[Resolved]  Reliance 3G Data card — Worst Service and Customer care

Hi,

Relicance I upgraded to Reliance 3g data card.
Technical support is very poor. They only know install and uninstall without any clue of problem.
Connectivity was very poor and flappy.
When I bought the connection was told that roaming on data services is free.
Used my data card in Mumbai they carged me for that.
Reliance world executive confirmed data usage is free in mumbai and rajasthan. Said the amount would be waived off in next bill. Thing never happened.

Site never works.
Customer care is a team of foold (no clue what they speak).
Even the staff at reliance world do not have proper product information.

I terminated my reliancec connection and went back to tata.
I will only suggest if you are business user not to buy Reliance 3G data card.
Suppport and service sucks...
You would be surprise to see your bills if you travel interstate you would be charged in huge..
