very bad service and fraud

i got a 3G data card in exchange of an old 2G one and was offered an additional discount of 150 on my bill for a period of 1 year .
this was the case 5-6 months back but till now i have not even received a single discount in any of my bills
every month i complain and they say there is some problem in the system because of which the discount is not given but now the problem is solved and you will get discount from next bill...

according to above subject, company suspend the internet service during nov & dec month due to not activation of our six month advance rental plan and after filed the complain company activate the service from 21 dec 2012 and not genrate the bill of nov dec 2012 due to suspendate of service ,but company give the bill of Rs.600 approx without providing the srvice so please give rebate...

i am taking the 3G data card of reliance communication ([protected])in the name of swarnsarita gems ltd by advance rental of 6 month of Rs.4500 in the month of june 2012.but after 4 month the reliance communication issued the bill of Oct 2012 Month and service will be discontinued from 28 Nov 2012.then i am not working for this problem

Univercell Showroom at Virudhunagar sells reliance data card which is not yet activated since date of Purchase.Their response is not proper. Data card Purchase date : 12.11.2012....

Hi Sir,
This is to inform you that my reliance 3g datacard has been stopped by Reliance, without even intimating us since 19th august. I had been getting call from the Reliance officials to get the payments cleared, which i was not liab to pay, because i had already paid advance payment of 6 months along with the cost of the dongle to Reliance, which summed to Rs. 4773/-. I then had a call with Reliance customer care officer...

I purchased the Reliance 3G Data Card 4months ago and till date I am not getting the service which was promised... the Web World of Reliance has been a daily visited place unlike a Holy Temple for me. Every time I go there they give me the assurance that the problem will be rectified and within 24hrs it will get solved. But till date it has not been solved. I (Vinit Sureka) from Indore(madhya prdesh) has purchased a reliance 3g data card(dongel)on 24/11/11 which supports speeds upto 7.2 mbs.On the same card i took a reliance 3g no.[protected] .On this no.i opted for 3g_5gb_1199_12M400 plan in which company promises to give 3.1mbs speed upto 5 gb and there after 144kbs of speed with monthly unlimited download scheme.For the plan i have to pay rs.799+ taxes per month .

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been harassed by Reliance for the last 1 month. I bought my 3g data card on 8th Sept 2011 and submitted all my documents. After that, my Internet did not start functioning so I went to Reliance Web World in Noida Sec 18 and resubmitted my documents. I was ensured by Mr. Piyush that all the necessary formalities had been completed and the net would start working pretty soon. Till 26th Sept 2011...

My bill for Reliance 3G this month came to Rs 7,100. The previous month on a prepaid data card I only paid Rs 799 and did not even use the full amount. Then I decided to switch to postpaid and assumed it would range around 800 as I had not used the full allowance the previous month.
Horror of horrors - my bill came out to Rs 7100.

Worst Service and Customer care

Hi,
Relicance I upgraded to Reliance 3g data card.
Technical support is very poor. They only know install and uninstall without any clue of problem.
Connectivity was very poor and flappy.
When I bought the connection was told that roaming on data services is free.
Used my data card in Mumbai they carged me for that.
Reliance world executive confirmed data usage is free in mumbai and rajasthan....
