[Resolved]  Reliance 3G Data card — very bad service and fraud

Address:South 24 Parganas, West Bengal

i got a 3G data card in exchange of an old 2G one and was offered an additional discount of 150 on my bill for a period of 1 year .
this was the case 5-6 months back but till now i have not even received a single discount in any of my bills
every month i complain and they say there is some problem in the system because of which the discount is not given but now the problem is solved and you will get discount from next bill cycle but nothing happens

Reliance Data Card — bad service

I experienced bad service from reliance web world. The reliance communication as to lay down some standards in web world as the the guys in web world not cooperative because of I discontinued my data card service.

I had purchased a data card from Reliance.But even after 5 days i hadn't my bill(receipt).I purchased it through phone.So i don't have any address.I have only one landline no. on which they r not responding.

when unlimited package was asked it was not given and the bill for 11 days was 1692/- hence our request immediataly de activate data card.no signal...

reliance customer care is poor services, 30335555number is very very bad...reliance...

My problem is that i am not getting the discount i was promised and after so many complains no actions are being taken by your side and the only thing i am given are false promises regarding extra facilities along with that discount which is completely unacceptable
