[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst service and cheating the customer

Hi,
My name is Arpit Gupta. I have taken a reliance broadband connection after trusting on their false marketting words given by their dealers outside and the fake pamplet they are shedding at every door step.
"Download speed of 75kbps, unlimited plan, 499/month" .
Well, to the other part of the story - they have the really bad customer representatives, dont have the way to speak. Even on urging and pressing them down to connect to their heads, they intentionally never do that.
Problem facing -
1) "Slow speed, really slow speed. I have taken the plan of - '75kbps, unlimited, 499 pack'. I get the maximum speed of 9kbps for just surfing and downloading forget it. Reason their manager, floor head, team lead, customer representative highlighted - sir, its ok i[censored] are getting this speed as technically its like min.1/9th the downloading speed and of the plan you have taken.
2) Every week disconnection of the connection. After their 24hrs time layout, their local technical executive have no respect towards their customers. They sometime ask that they can come 10pm in the night or if whenever the times it suites to them.
3) On asking them the problem and resolve the problem permanently they says directly - " that is something that cant be done, permanently" Reason - " We are the workers and thats the company (reliance) fault that they have used such cheap instruments like - boosters bought from cisco and making our life hell. Your connection is connected to the last port of the booster box which is there on the top of the building and due to high load the ports disables and that is something which is the fault of the reliance, not ours.Its better you tell them not us"
4) Now, they have started the new policy - " I last complaint I gave to them - complaint no.[protected]. Also spoken to their customer representative head - Ms. Naina.

My words to Niana - "The executive who came for solving the problem - had disappered without doing anything making me wait for him, sying that he is on the terrace to solve the problem."
Naina words to me - " Sir, the complaint has been resolved as the executive himself closed the complaint saying that he has solved the complaint".
Me- " But, nothing has been done"
She-"in that case, you have to launch the complaint again"
Me- "that means I hav eto wait for next 24 hrs"
She- "next 12hrs"
Me- "Ok, then now you see the consequences"
She -" please, i'll do that and make sure to solve the problem"

Its a real bad experience with reliance. This company should stop their broadband connection and should change its name from Reliance which means "truth" to something else.

Worst internet connection one can ever have. Bad customer representatives, Bad Service.

please do the needful if its really a consumer forum work.

Sir.
I applied for the migration of my prepaid data card ([protected]) to post paid on 29/01/2011. I am extremely sorry to say that still after 6 days of time the migration has not been done.
I am not at all satisfied by the services. My faith in Reliance is shattered
due to its tortoise trail in this space age.

Reliance Communication — IMP ISSUE LAST 75 DAYS

I Customer of Rcom and previous product is CDMA to Gsm (Rcom) [protected] we IMP on[protected] & last 2 month is not done imp and also incomming barred last 75 days and many complaint we at Reliance but could not help us and not resolve problem

Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — false condition

I was buy relaince broadband + netconect on[protected].the plan is 8 gb use from 6am to 10pm & 15gb use 10pm-6am at the speed of 3.1 mbps.but since I buy data card I was suffering for low speed.the speed was 112 kbps!!bt recently from last 2-3days I was unable to connect internet..unable to connet with customer care..I was complaint abt this prob so many time...bt my prob is not solve yet...so plz plz plz help me.

Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband is a cheater

Hi,

I am from Pune. I got the new Reliance BB connection 3 months back. At that time, their representative told me that if I pay 3 months rental in advance, the installation charges Rs.500 will be waived off and adjusted in the bill of third month. But I clearly mentioned that if you mail me the same then only I will believe else I am not interested in the connection. As I insisted on it, the manager dropped me the mail clearly mentioning that "IF THE CUSTOMER IS GOING FOR A QUAREARLY/HALFYEARLY/EARLY, PLAN WE WILL PROCESS FOR A WAIVER OF THE INSTALLATION CHARGES RS/- 500 WHICH WILL BE ADJUSTED IN THE BILL." (This is taken as it is from the mail)
I paid the advance rental for 3 months including the installation charges. To my surprise, no waiver is provided in 3rd month's bill. I launched a complaint and received the response saying that the charges are correct and no waiver will be given. Then I forwarded the mail received from their own representative (Manager) promising me about the waiver. The next reply is that “they forwarded the issue to the concerned team.”
While I am waiting for the reply, just to add to the frustration, they temporarily suspended my connection without even informing me.

My name is lalit last year on feb 2013 i got the reliance netconnect facing lots of problems my plan was in unlimited Rs 750/- on december 5th 2013 i got the bill Rs 1980 for two months my usage not even a 1 GB per month i agreed i paid then i requested to change my to Rs 450/- at punjagutta reliance office and they asked me Id proof xerox copy and photo copy also i submitted and on january my bill generated to Rs 942/- and on feb 24th my total bill Rs 1784/- then i visited to reliance punjagutta office they are saying that i have not put any request for changing plan..how cheated to the customers..very big froud even my 3 to 400 friends use reliance network an dth services please i requested to take the action...if action has not taken i forward a message to all my friends and relatives that what all happened..
