This is a formal complaint is against Reliance Broadband Services. In a month atleast two weeks the services would be cut off.It is always a waste of time for us to talk to the customer services representatives who are neither professional nor trained properly.The agent tries to trouble shoot not knowing Operating system the customer has or not knowing why the internet is not working.Once a collections manager for Reliance, Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad called in a gave a credit on the a.c for Rs.300.We had already payed Rs.1500 and so the Rs.300 was supposed to be waived off...Every morning the local collection agency keep harrasing us for money even after informing them that the amount is supposed to be waived.When spoken to customer service, some reps say that it can be waived off only next month, some say that we have to pay the mone. 2 days ago I spoke to a rep from Chennai who did some insane trouble shooting not knowing how windows 7 looks like...and got nothing out of it..When asked for supervisor, the rep comes back saying tht he busy ..after a long hold time.I asked for a supervisor call back...and people in tht chennai call center never even bothered to call back till date and today they disconnected my services without any notice.They took alternate numbers and never bothered to call..THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN OR USED...RELIANCE IS PLAYING AROUND WITH CONSUMERS.THEY MAY HAVE THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMER, HOWEVER WITHOUT MEETING THE CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENT, HOW CAN THEY PROVE TO RUN SUCCESSFULLY IN THE MARKET.

I have this internet and landline connection since 2 years. I must say reliance is the worst service provider. If you are planning to get a reliance connection please forget it.They give you nightmares with their poor,pathetic,insane, worst service ever. Its a fraud company.
My Landline and internet is not working since Oct-14-2012, I have raised 8 complaints till date through their customer service IVR and also through their jerk phone representatives. Everytime you call their verbatim is" This will be taken care off in 24 hrs". I wonder how many days is 24 hours. Till date I have not received any response from them regarding the complaint. The landline and internet is dead. I even wrote complaints to them,
[protected]@relianceada.com , Since no reply, so wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com again no response so I wrote to their third level escalation which is [protected]@relinaceada.com , till date no action taken place. Couple of days back I received call regarding bill payment, when their is no service why should i pay the bill. I TOLD THEM SAME AFTER THAT NO CALLS AGAIN.
All are jerks and morans working there. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR RELIANCE CONNECTION. THEY GIVE YOU NIGHTMARES. WORST SERVICE EVER.

This is Ashwin and my wireline id is[protected], on name of my dad jayaram) people you got the best broadplans for the money i pay..but at the customer service is completely ruining your Brand. every month atleast minimum of 5 to 10 days, my broadband hopps off...most days i work from home, but now because of your pathetic service i have got another airtel connection now, on a serious note i dont mind the cost, i pay you people in advance everymonth, check my credits please!!! and certian things are least expected!! i know nothing is perfect, you got your issues, but i cant be the victim everytime, everytime i open a broadband ticket they close it automatically after 48 hrs, no one has contacted me till date regardinfg any of my ticket i keep a reminder and call you people everyday, you know why few month ago like the same way my ticket was closed once and i didnt even get a message, so i was hoping that you people were working on it, and after a few days when i called your tech says the ticket was closed long back, and i must call them and check everyday itseems !! i need to open a fresh one everytime after i get a closed status message . thats too awkard and even my waiver requests are cancelled stating my issue was resolved within SLA...else stating they got usage stats in between !! cant even provide the proof for that .
and on a forward note regarding the present issue
last month 22 my broadband was dead, opened a ticket
24th was closed not resolved
24 eve i opened a fresh one as usual
27 was closed supprisingly resolved,
my waiver request was cancelled for above issue stating issue was fixed within SLA!!!
7th jan asked to open 2 ticket one for waiver and other for broadband dead again, one the waiver request was opened
8th i called and another tech states my people are working on my broadband issue, actually the ticket was not created itself !!!
10th i called for status a tech states i never had a ticket on this, " i was not supprised " opened a fresh one
14th ticket closed, not resolved " expected "
15th open a fresh one, !!
I hardly have 1 % trust that this email will considered, which is actually something least expected !!! but still i write atleast to vent out my anger !!

I've been facing stability issues from the last 1 year for the user id[protected] and I submitted a termination request to the customer care three times. But still my connection is not getting terminated and no calls from any authorities.
I paid Rs.2000 and more at the time of installation as the break up of the amount are: 500 will be adjusted for first bill, 500 will be paid as advanced payment and the rest of the amount will be refunded when terminating the connection.
I sent an email to the customer care "[protected]@relianceada.com" regarding to this subject at last week and still there is no reply even I sent reminders.
I request to take this compliant as my termination request and please remove the accessories from my home as soon as possible.

Is it required to pay advance bill to terminate my connection. E.g. I already paid for the month of October and I want to terminate my connection at the end of October. For that I want to pay for the month of November?

I think reliance make certain changes so that I am unable to do comments. Anyway I have all the shreenshots and all the recording of telephonic conversation and emails between me and reliance. I am ready to give it in righting in consumers forum.What I have from reliance broadband broadband is new Bill for next 3 month of which due date is near. After few days they will start telling me that pay your bill than we will start services. How ridiculous is that! Please help me in that this reliance people is not providing any service they just want customer to pay bill without any services. Please punish these guys or please give me any way (link) so I can send this issue to higher department.
