26/10/09 ko mere pas songs ka phone aaya mane songe sune songs khatam hone ke bad service apne aap chalu ho gayi hai. aur 12 rupe kat liye gaye hai. aur 27/10/09 mai phir se 12 rupe kat liye gaye hai. koi sunvai nahi hoti hai.
maine dont distrub ke service activate ke the vo abhi tak chalu nahi ho paie hai.

On 11/10/09 i recharge my reliance moblie no. [protected] with 48 Rs/ for 50 paisa call at any network from Mr. Brijesh Sharma of M/s Kathuria Comunication, Near Bus stand ALWAR ((rajasthan) he told me that this will activate within 48 hours but till date i have no this faciality In remind him so many times but his attitude is very bad and always he said me your phone is recharge next day the other staff of this web word is very disgussting when i call at *333 when customer care person told me that your phone is not recharge and when i asked to mr. Brijesh Sharma to call at *399 he denied me and he said that it is not his duty he is not responsible for customer care i think this is not a method to talk with a customer in Reliance Company.

Recently I purchased Reliance GSM No. from Chandausi Distt. Moradabad. At rapper Mobile No. was [protected] while Mobile No. of that sim was another.i submitted identity proof and photo at that No. i.e. [protected]. This No. is use by another person .Now this No. i.e. [protected] is at my id . So I want to close this no. There is no response from Customer care and Reliance retailer. Requesting to reliance as soon as possible please make a solution of my problem. Please do the needful required action immediately.

yes I agree, Problem with reliance is that no of customers, as they are having very large customer base and not having enough staff to deal with, so I recommend you all that do not buy Reliance Phone, alll other providers are much better than reliance.

Here to inform that on 1 Nov 2009 i get a sms on my RIM no [protected] that your subscription to MKR service has been renewed on 2009/12/01 for Rs. 30 for 30 days. on this sms my 30 Rs were dedcuted. Without any demand from my side and without notice to me how my balance deducted. i m request you cancel the what u say MKR service and recharge or return back my 30Rs to balance.

i am a coustomer of reliance from past 2years.but i m totally upset with it from past 2 months.
due to activation o[censored]nnesessary services on my no. i m in great loss due to this...
in oct i got cricket pack subscription which causes me a loss of rs50 & again today i got mahfil-e-timepass ...i m unable to understand how these packs activate automatically.

sir my mobile no is [protected]. my outgoing service barred from 2 days, i have call to costomer care 4 or 5 time but i have not get any god response from your customercare executive, they don't have any respact with customer. i call him at 11:59pm on 08Nov.

my cell no [protected], i called today on 9th Nov 2009 to call center regarding my complaint.
From reliance i got messages & automatically caller tune has been activated which is not requested by me. The same has happened before also, shayyeri & health tips also activated on my no. And for this stupid services Reliance cut charges from my a/c.
When i called customer care their response is very rude & they are not having politeness & they don't know how to speak with customer & how to solve their queries & they are replied that there is no any free services.
So, please look into this matter, otherwise they will make kachara of Reliance...
