Reliance — outgoing calls barred

Dear Sir/Madam
I am a reliance GSM customer from last 6 years.But the experience with Reliance service is becoming pathetic now as i am facing lot of difficulties now.
There are couple of instances that my balance has been deducted without any intimation but now what happened is really worst.
One Bhojpuri song has been activated as my caller tune from last 4 months. Every time i try calling customer care to get this deactivated but either i don't get connected to them or they don't respond properly. I want my caller tune to be deactivated ASAP.

outgoing calls barred
I am sharad kumar pandey and my prepaid mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred to date[protected] and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 15 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

I ajay pandey, mb no.[protected], a prepaid customer from delhi, want to say that, Reliance deducted my 10 to 20 Rs from my account and i received a msg that the cricket info service is activated ( and many type of service activated without information and deduct my money in my account) on your account, i have not send them any message, i have all records in my Log, and when i tried to talk to customer care, i am unable to call there, i m trying from many days but in vain. so i just want to say to reliance either return my deducted amount outherwise i am go to consumer court and no any service propived in my account .

I asked for Mobile No. Portability (MNP) at one of the Relaince Communication outlets to port in to Relaince from Idea and the reply to this was the charge is 50 Rs. and the process is of 7 days.

No offence for the 7 day process but when TRAI is assuring the maximum charge for MNP is 20 Rs. so, why they are asking for 50 Rs. to Port-in to Relaince.

my no. is [protected]. my all outgoing calls are barred, i have recharged with 60 /- evenafter that your *333 no. says that you cannot contact customer care exec. because of not balance. what should i do now? i am a bank executive if my problem will not been sorted out my business will be hampered without any reason and i will sue the reliance in pune court for that.

BROADBAND SPEED PROBLEM

on my reliance contact no. [protected] VAS video store service automatically activateand my balance was also deduct, pls deactivate the same and return my balance back ASAPMy contact no. is [protected]

Not getting service

My reliance broadband connection is not working for two days. Con, Sumer number[protected]

My name is sanju and my reliance no. Is [protected], i have a reliance postpaid connection, but outgoing calls are not working since 13.11.2016 to till date.When i make a outgoing call the msg is " to resume your services please contact to customer care". I called many time but nobody help me. I do complaint again and again but, there is no action taken by reliance communication. But the phone bill is ready on every 18th of month.
