[Resolved]  Reliance Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. — salary & comission pay out

The company has been doing well and is employee focused. Your story seems to be onesided and some of my friends who happen to work in this company and who knows you states that you have not doing good. I don't think such reputed company shall do any such thing

I AM RAKESH SINGH JASROTIA AN EMPLOYE OF RCSPL WITH EMPLOE CODE10001659 I HAVE SOME ISSUES REGARDING MY JOB UNDER THE GUIDENCE OF PRASHANT GUPTA (GENERAL INSURRANCE). I" M HAVING FOLLOWING ISSUES :

1. I HAD JOINED THIS GREAT COMPANY ON 20TH SEPTEMBER 2008.

2. NO COVER NOTE BOOK HAS BEEN ISSUED ON MY CODE IUSED TO SHARE THE COVERNOTE BOOKS OF MY COLLEAGES.

3.IN THE FIRST MONTH OUR BRANCH TOUCHED THE TARGET OF 5LAC ONLY 2-3 PERSON HAS CONTRIBUTED 40-50 THOUSAND I WAS ONE OF THEM.

4.IN THE SECOND MONTH I HAD CONTRIBUTED 21000 BEFORE THE 15thOF NOVEMBER AND TOLD ME NOT SHARE COVERNOTE BOOK FROM ANY BODY, TOLD OTHERS NOT TO GIVE ME THE COVERNOTE BOOK ON 15thOF NOVEMBER HE HAD GIVEN ME THE VERBAL NOTICE TO LEAVE THE JOB
.
5.I HAD GIVEN HIM THE REASONS WHY BUSSINESS IS NOT COMMING BUT HE DID NOT WANT TO LISTEN ANY THING HE ASKED ME TO RESIGN OR YOU WILL BE TERMINATED.

6. FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER I HAVE NOT RECIEVE MY FULL SALARY THE REASON BIENG THE TARGET BUT HE HAD SEND 8 ABSENT IN THAT PARTICULAR MONTH THOUGH I CAME TO THE OFFICE ON REGULAR BASIS.

7.FROM DECEMBER ONWARDS HE STOPPED MARKING MY ATTENDENCE AND TOLD ME NOT TO COME TO THE OFFICE AS I M NOT IN THE SYSTEM.

8.AFTER THIS I CONTINUE THE OFFICE BUT HE DID NOT TALK TO ME AND STARTED IGNORING ME.

9. WHEN I ASKED HIM THAT THERE ARE OTHERS WHO HAD NOT GIVEN BUSSINESS AND THIS THE ONLY 2ND MONTH OF MY JOINING HE DIDNOT LISTEN TO ME.

10. THEN I CAME INTO THE CONTACT OF (H.R.SAMPADA SINGH [protected] ) MAM AND I E-MAILED THE SAME ISSUE I M WRITING HERE TO HER ON 27 TH OF JANUARY 2009 AND SHE ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR THE REPLY BUT NOW AFTER 4MONTHS IM STILL NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THE REPY.

i m very frustated about my reporting manager mr. mahip kumar (BDM) ( present time TERMINATED) in U.P circle agra city. my boss not given me my salary check during the period of 27th april2009 to till date & this period.
I m login the business during this period aprx. 10000 thousend .
my boss not given me any revert of my calls, mail, sms & verbaly request.
kindly take action as soon as possible

Dear Sir,

I am a employee of your esteem company.My emp.code is 10009546.My actual designation is of Senior Take Over Manager but in my pay slip it shows only Take Over Manager and my C.T.C is also low due to this mistake.My actual C.T.C should be 120000/- according to it.

So, sir kindly make it correct and do needful for it before dispatch of July month salary.

I was a employee of RCSPL Kanhangad branch.My name is Muhammed riyas.P . My employee code is 21196546.I was started from 23-09-10 to 15-11-10 in this reputed branch.My total buisiness volume is around 3 lakh.I got only basic salary 5, 000 on month october 15th.After that branch is closed without inform me.I spoke to admin of bombay branch Mr:amit .Always he tried to making fool of me through a unfulfillable commitment . Our boss Mr:Girija. k. Mishra did'nt pick my call also.What can i do sir?Here i am waiting for your valuable response.If anyone have the idea about my problem, please HELP ME SIR .

They are waiting that any company come of give them money in advance... The situation is so pathetic that they are not supposed to be ready to help. if anyone know when they are planing tyo close this office please let us know...

Dear Sir,

I was a employee of RCSPL calicut branch reporting to Mr.Dharamveer Shenoy located at Mangalore Branch. i worked in the month of febrauary 2011. i was given a salary cheque amounting Rs.23, 773 after a long follow up. I was also informed by Mr.Dharamveer over phone about my cheque. This cheque came to me through blue dart courier without mentioning the from address. This cheque bounced when presented in bank for the reason insufficient fund. i want a reply and solution.

Hi... I (Srinatha Sharma) was an Associate of RCS having Code No. [protected]. I agree most of the above points. Even RCS Bangalore Office was not able to give any service to their Associates. They were not bouthered to get Associates fees released, Customers were not getting theirr Policies, ID Cards even after several reminders. There were many instances like this. I was struggling to give service to my customers as i was not getting any support from the management. I am still struggling to get my Form 16 for the business given but no response from anyone.

This is really not fair. can someone from Reliance look into these issues as due to these instances, company's image will get spoilt.

I am vishal singh, I was Asst Manager in Relaince capital services Pvt Ltd in nagpur region, I had resigned on 1 Dec 2009, but I was no getting my NOV month salary till date.

I had submitted my full N final settlement letter and HR person MR. Rohit Gupta, it would settle soon but till date i am not getting any response.They not release my experience certificate also.

Please take the necessary action about the company.
