[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA — Deduction Of balance

Respected sir,

i have launched my complaint 6 days befor and no one is taking care of this complaint. My phone is disconnected from last 6 days. if you are not going to take care of this today it self then i am going to launch a complaint in police station and in consumer Court to.

Reliance CDMA — PrePaid amount reduced

My Reliance CDMA number : [protected], which had a balance of 56 Rs before 25th Feb 2011, got reduced to 26 Rs when checked on 27th Feb 2011,

When i called customer care , they said you activated some health plan through IVR and then can't reverse the amount.

My phone was switched off till 27th morning and I have not received any calls not i called them to activate this pack , Infact i never got any confirmation message for the same.

Relaince people have been doing this for sometime , they reduced 30 Rs without any reason and fool the customers.

I request you to kindly look into the same.

i m facing many problems regarding this connection ..i got my account recharged with rs. 100 on 2 march'2011 and without any usage balance is reduced to -.94 and on 4 march 2011 i also got my account recharged with 29 core TT for reduction of call rate
and m being calling on your customer care no. from last 2 days , call is put on hold and after waiting for so long , and results in no response.
i m highly disappointed .. i hope u will quickly solve my problem ..

i want to lodge complint against reliance cdma service for unfair charge,i had recharge easy recharge of 77,according to which 50 paise will be charged for first call either local or std cdma and gsm reliance no. and after that 20 paise will be charged any reliance cdma or gsm no. either local or std..but i have been 50 paise even after my first call. my mobile no. is [protected]

I have already mentioned about the reliance service,for unfair charging all the time,regarding my problem i called on 198 lottts of time and few of them assured me for resolving my problem,regarding this i got a complaimt no.[protected],but yet no amount is posted.now i am tired up doing this,inspite of refunding my deducted amount which was deducted by them they messaged me that aall calls are charged correctly.please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
its not a matter of 12 or 13 rupees which must be posted to my account by reliance service,because before that so many times they have deducted unfair chages from my account lots of time,during ipl matches and at that time lots of time i called to reliance customer care but my problem dint resolve,but now i have been tired to reliance cdma service.so now i came to you,please solve my problem as soon as possible. my mobile no. Reliance CDMA — Do not disturb

Hi,

I am using a reliance CDMA connection#[protected]. I have registered my number with Donot disturb service as well. But now a days i am receiving lot of messages and calls from Banks, Training centres etc.

i complain to you that my balance deduct of my mobile no. [protected] to regularly with out reason continue to lost six month at per month and per recharge so we are very disturb to this condition. i request to customer care for solve and return my balance than say that perfectly solve and return to balance but now not solve and not return balance.
now lost deduct 20 rupee of date 16/03/2011 with out reason.
please return to my balance for my mobile no. [protected]. if you can not return
balance than you lose to this reliance and our all family no.and list of our friend no.

I have received a call from no. [protected] on my cell no. [protected] from reliance on 15.03.11 at 11.57 a.m. Refer this call they were saying that your mobile no.([protected]) has been selected for scheme and you have won the prizes like, motor bike, freeze etc and there have no charges to be deducted, and my answer is that I have no need to participate in any scheme. On that date (15.03.11) my mobile balance is less than Rs.5/- . On 16.03.11 I have recharge my mobile for Rs.100/-, than my balance has been deducted by Rs.49/- and no message has been given on my mobile.
Now on 19.03.11 I have talked with Mr.Mohan Ji on 198 at 10.11 a.m and know my account balance and regarding deduction of Rs.49/- on 16/03/11. I have asked about activation of the service on my mobile request, sms request or any written request. There is no answer has been given by Mr.Mohan. I was gone to Reliance outlet and asked about activation of my service but no proof has been given by them.
I have asked about reverse of Rs.49/- and complaint lodge in this case. There is no assurance has been given by customer service operator.
Can reliance understand the customer is foolish?
Now I have requested to trai to see this matter and request to reverse my balance.

Reliance CDMA — auto deduction balance

Dear sir,

I am using Reliance cdma mobile.My mobile no is [protected].Reliance every month activated new promotion scheme with out customer information.They always debited balance.Please take the action againts this matter.

the same is happening to me also.
they have activated miss call alert service i dont know from when.
i dont have enough extra time to keep checking these things.
moreover i am getting advertisement calls and sms even after activating DND.
I must say i am totally exhausted from your service and such actions compel me to loose faith in you.
I hence should suggest anybody not to go for Reliance and i myself in future will avoid it when possible.

First of all customercare centers of reliance never attend to any problem
They delibrately cut balance from my recharge and put unnecessary updates that i have not even subscribed for. Please help.i cant keep on recharching my phone just to get updateds balance getting cut from my total balance.

Reliance CDMA — deduction of money while recharge

sir,
with due respect i want to say that my last online recharge was not successful it shows some error, while my money from my credit card hasbeen deducted and till now i havent get my balance not get my balance.

all of these complaints are genuine ones. the reliance, as per me is the most unreliable company as it says something and do altogather something very different. the recharge of Rs.200/- in every six month was not explained in the beginning and now for the company it has become the one of the term of life time validity. no other telephone company is doing like this.

Dear Sir,

I am using reliance mobile connection No. [protected]. I think the service is so bad that I can not describe.

With due respect i want to say that my balance is deducted without my knowledge. Before recharging my mobile I talked to customer care (Mr. Kuldeep) and he assured me that there is no any service activated on your number. But when i have recharged my a/c my balanced deducted 25 Rupees in the night. After recharging the a/c when i have checked balance was Rs.29.79 but when i have checked on morning April 25, 2011 the balance was Rs. 4.73. I'm sure in this period i have not made any calls. I have made calls to reliance customer care center four time. They told me different this each time. First he told me your service is activated through R world. But this is not possible because I am using Micromax Set C2i. R world is not run in this mobile. So how it is possible. Then I talked to second customer care he told me that you activated your service by tele caller. I have not received any tele calls that day and not activated any services. I have registered DND service so this is not possible. Third customer care told me your balanced is deducted for service renewal. But I have no any information for this service. Now I am confused. Kindly help me and returned my deducted balanced. So kindly give me resolution regarding this complaint as soon as possible.

I hope & expect That consumer forum will take proper action on this issue and deducted balance would be recovered. I hope that in future also company will be faithful towards their consumers.

Reliance CDMA — Unnecessary charges charged

Reliance has charged twice Rs 35 from my prepaid account , ispoke to the cx care for the first time about the same issue they said it is now more than 24 hours we cant revert it and i asked them to deactivate the services which they did not do again the deducted Rs 35 from my account for some kind of services which they , and i have no idea and i am sure i did not get any phoe call for any services and i did not activate it . its really ambrassing for a company like reliance who is doing this kind of thing to their customers .

Reliance CDMA — cutting off regular cost even after having a scheme activated.

Respected Sir,
I was having a scheme of 1 paisa per message.Its renewal date was 28th.
I was continuing with that scheme since long time.
As the scheme was auto renewal, till the time of renewal i should be charged according to the scheme i was continuing any time i send a message.
But on 28th(the renewal date) after 12:00 am, whichever message i have sent was charged at regular cost.
If i was continuing with that scheme, then only 1 paisa per message should be charged but it was charged the regular cost.
I was not even informed about such condition at the time of activation of that scheme.
My balance was around 73 rs which came down to 14.71 rs.
I called customer care but they say that this is the only condition of which i was not informed earlier.
