Reliance, CDMA — Not send unsed SMS by Reliance CDMA mobile Service

dear sir,
i am manoranjan kumar. I Have to Your Reliane CDMA Mobile service No. [protected]. That is not sent unused SMS by Reliane CDMA Mobile.

Reliance CDMA — no sms service

my reliance CDMA mob no. is [protected] i m neither able to send nor receiving any sms on my number since 1300 hrs on 30 Oct 10 and all this for no good reason.
