my reliance cdma no [protected] my mobile is stolen on 11 jan .fir on 14 jan company does not provide my call history last 3 days .why?i am the owner of my num .company executive have not satisfactory ans.they have charged 150 rupees swaping of my no and my new sim is not activated

Reliance Mobile — Incomplete information about mobile Recharge
Dear SirI have received sms from reliance infocom in which they say that you will get a Talk time of worth Rs. 400 on the recharge of Rs. 310. After recharging with 310, I get only Rs. 282 and 125 minute for Local on-net (Reliance to Reliance) talk time. This was not mention in the sms. Also this is not a talk time of worth Rs. 400. Because according to my tariff, I have to get 800 minute (Local call rate Rs. 0.50/min). It would be better if they give money instead of the 125 minute for onnet usage so that every one use it according to his/her tariff. Also Reliance, have to give the complete information in the message which they sent to the users.
