[Resolved] Reliance Comm. — connection not working | |||
I am using reliance broadband I'd[protected] wouldn't recommend anyone to get reliance broadband and landline. First time the connection did not work and 2 months later still they could not fix it. Except kept saying we have escalated the complaint whom are they escalating to.? Then they said BMC terminated our contract and cannot refund my money until 60 days. I thought maybe genuine problem what was surprising though when I applied for a new connection they were able to provide me for that. Its been 20 days since I have the same problem of connection not working and same reason that BMC cut their line, the reliance team keeps calling to sell landline plans and their technicians never installed the landline for which I have complaint at least 3 times. Every time u call they will put u on hold for 20 mins and have arranged for a call back at least 20 times but no one will call. And biggest surprise their customer service no. Is an airtel no. They Dont trust their own network y should u?? Was this information helpful? | |||

On 21st july Rs. 30/- deducted in my prepaid mobile a/c. this deduction was 4th times by reliance comm.

Reliance Comm. — wrong charge
Dear siri m ur customer from 3 yers. My no. is [protected].
my complaint is that ur company automatically activate
some plan (my music station pack, devotional vax pack) at my no. from last 8 month which i do not need.
so plz deactivate all plan at my no. and refund
my money(30.00). i'll be obliged.
