I am Hemlata from Ludhiana(Punjab). I have your Broadband Connection with the Customer Id[protected].At the time I told to your Marketing Officer Mr Vishu(Mobile No [protected]) and Mr Karan (Mobile No.[protected]) that I don't need your Telephone Connection as I have Five mobiles Operating at home But these people assured me that Once I subscibe to Rs 499 Plan,they will get it change to Rs 450 Plan and telephone conection will be Disconnected.Now when I am trying to contact them they are making one execuse and another.I ma so fed up with their working that I am Planiing to take up this matter in consumer court.

I just want to ask the reliance authorties that Why these People are making Promises on behalf of Reliance which they can't fulfill.Is there any action be Taken against these People who are misguiding People.With this kind of staff Reliance has no right to offer services to the People.
