[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — recharge not done

this is the second time m writing my complaint..my mobile number [protected] has still not been updated with balance worth rs 68 inspite of full payment on 30 april 2011 at 7 45pm.
the transaction id number was [protected]..i received a call from customer care a few days back but nothing has still been worked out..

Reliance India — recharging not done

i have charged my pre paid mobile no.[protected] through internet by ITZ Cash card on 15.5.08 with Rs.501.00and 100.00 . Computer s showed that charging has been done successfully but my mobile phone yet not charged aganist these amounts. what should i have to do?
i am using reliance gsm connection and i done recharge for 169 . and nothing hapens i did not get any amount.

ICICI Bank — Reliance GSM recharge not done

I recharged Rs 200 on July 29. The amount debited. No recharge done. I check Reliance *333, They say GSM phones can not be recharged on net. Ask ICICI to credit the amount.

ICICI says amount credited to Reliance account. Thats all. Talk to Reliance.

I recharged my phone by Rs. 39 through e-recharge....it is a sms pack for free messaging on 20/12/2010 at around 9.bt after 24 hours my messages are still being charged.
i also want to say that i got a message from reliance yesterday only that my sms pack has been activated.
But when i talked to customer care they said that there is no update in their system about this transaction which means you didn't get the recharge done.
Now can anyone tell me why would i get a message from RELIANCE saying that your message pack has been activated if there is no update in their system? and have i wasted my money for no reason if they are not going to activate this pack?

Hi, My name is Rahul Kunwar and I recharged my reliance gsm no [protected] with an amount of Rs. 111, Rs 50 and Rs. 49 but

the talk time is not added for any of the recharge that I did.

Please help soon you guys never solve any of the problems.

I guess this is the last time I am complaining after that I will change the Sim if doesn't get fixed real soon.

[protected] on 01/02/2013 with STV of rupees 116. i got the message of successfully recharged but when i was trying to use internet than my main account balance lapse from Rs.116 . I also registered my complaint to the RELIANCE service provider and the complaint no. is[protected] but problem did not solved yet. i complained many times. they told me to keep waiting for 2 days. now its almost 15 days out... what coud i do ? please help me out.
I have taken reliance value added plan Rs. 799/- and payment made through Credit card, payment is done but still i dint get value added service. i called many time in reliance customer care but they dint give response properly. please resolve my query.
