We are using the LandLine of your Prestigious Company, But i am very sorry to say that your service is very poor, from last three we are facing so many problems
1. My LG set is dead we called so many times at your office but there is no Response at last my Father go to your office & then they replaced the Set at this condition, that in your recent bill the set amount Rs 700/- is included. but you come to us with that bill we should cut that.
2. Now that amount is included in that & we were gone to the office & they cut that amount & we deposited that amount ( BILL ) other than the set price That was Rs 300/-
3.Now our number is not working Our outgoing is Barred .
SO CAN I ASK WHY...??
We cant Expect this type of Service From The India's largest co.

I live in mansa devi complex, panchkula.i am not getting signals in my phone for the past 25 days.i have complained 100 time s to the customer care but it is of no use.I have to go to other area to make any phone calls.my phone is of no use in my house or even outside my house.They are not ready to solve this problem.I am fed up with this connection.It is the worst service provider
Please refer to my bill amount for the month september, 2008 against the phone number-9322147941. To day I got a SMS that my usage is high and have to pay Rs2696.42, which I feel quite erratic. For your information my credit limit is Rs 1500 and my bill is around Rs 900/ month. More over reliance never spare anybody else, whose usage is more than the limit. How my bill is that much, far above than the limit without getting any reminder from reliance. please clarify it, otherwise i will prefer to keep away from such a unreliable company.
i am having one reliance prepaid connection. Number :09347096855(Andhra Pradesh). one year back i have purchased this connection. i have recharged the life time validity plan. Since i am staying at Bangalore, i am not using that connection to avoid roaming charges. now again i want to use the connection. so let me know the status of my connection.
I dont have caller tunes inspite of that its been carged Rs 30.
I requested to activate sms pack (monthly rent 25).they customer care pupil said that I can sent 100 sms per month.but it also been charged.plz look it to the matter and do the needful.
well this is pooja from pune, i have a post paid connection of reliance from last 4 months but not 4a single time i have got my bill delivered at home.
n no. of times i have made complains but i think u people are least concerned about ur customers problems.n when the bill is not paid u r thr to take it whrever u live.im actually very disappointed with reliance & if this problem continues then i suppose i have to switch on to any other mobile service.
This is to bring your kind notice that total 15 nos. of Reliance connections are in our campus. We are very sorry to inform you that the bills of the following numbers are not sending regularly in our campus and the phones are disconnect without intimation to our office. The numbers are: - 3264082, 3264083, 3264084.
It is very pertinent to inform you that if this will going regularly; we will have to disconnect the all Reliance connections.
An early action in this matter is highly solicited.
