Reliance Fresh — Unsolicited SMS's

Last year, I had filled up the application form for the Relaince Fresh cards but now find myself in s deep mire, since I receive unsolicited SMS's eversince then. Although, I objected to this and asked for deletion of my number; I continue to get thee irritating SMS's - almost twice a day!!

I am shocked to find a large company like this continuing to use cheap tricks and intruding individual privacy and more so an unfazed even though I complained about this several times

I had filled in my details for the card specifically instructing not to use my numbers for sending their promos. When this became a nuisance I had given it in writing to their outlet ( 6 months back)in Ghodbunder Road, Thane ( Nr. Suraj Water park), but no use. The outlet manager there had assured me that all SMSes would be stopped within 45 working days.

No action is being taken after repeated reminders.

Most irresponsible &unresponsive organisation.Has no process in place for resolving customer complaint&no organisationto beck either.Nodal Officer, Appellatte Offuicer seem to be non existent.I wonder how this organisation is allowed to operate with such impunity.

I had been getting unsolicited SMs on mu mobile phone [protected], &as per the advice of the company I registered for Do Not Disturb fecilities.Despite of 3 months since I was registered[no [protected] dt[protected].I have a long complaint correspondence wherin I have also provided a log sheet of the SMS received;with subjewct.date&time of receipt.There are always fresh complaintregistered by the co but no action, I have sent all the correspondence to the Nodal Officeras well as Appellatte authorities but there is absoloutely no respite from these SMS.Earlier the service organisation[Rcom]used to send E mails giving a deadline for resolving the complaint.Now they have stopped doing that even.Under the cirumstances I have no soluition by which I can take this organisation to task for deficiency in service&take some remedial measures.I would like your organisation to help,

I have registered a complain to customer care of Reliance India Mobile services regarding stoppage o[censored]nwanted calls and sms in my mobile no. on date 21st April 2009 and their customer executive informed vide my request No. [protected] saying that my complain will be resolved within 45 days. Since then I have been compel to suffer with the same problem. While 45 days have been passed I am still getting unwanted calls and sms.

My name is SHASHIKANT NAIK.I am one of the user of reliance pre-paid service my no is [protected].
The query is - two to three month back i had activated one paisa SMS facility,for the same Rs19 was geting deducted from my account (sim)
But in the last month that is AUGUST 10,Rs 22 (Rs 11 two times) was deducted from my account but charges for the SMS was Rs1.When i enquired abt the same in customer care i was informed that Rs 11 was the the actvation charge and second time Rs 11 which were charged that was by mistake so that will be credited in yor account(that Rs11 was credited to my account)but the issue is that after deducting Rs 11 for activation,why my service is deactive? On the same question the reply of customer care was myself deactivated the 1 paisa SMS service but i never called the customer care and asked him to deactivate my service.And is it possible that after deducting activation charges i will ask them to deactivate my service.
I have called many times to reliance customer care for the same query but i did not get any proper answer. So please help me out.

HI I AM GETTING UNNECESSARY SMS AND CALLS FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATION. AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING CONNECTION I HAD TOLD NOT TO CALL ME FOR PROMOTION CALLS BUT THE SAME IS NOT BEEN DONE. SO, I AM REGESTRING FOR DO NOT DISTURB REGISTRY.

Dear Sir,

Through my Mobile No.[protected] I am getting a lot of adds which I don't want. Even if I am waiting for some urgent messages I am getting this adds. Some times during my duty hours, calls like this giveg me lot of disturbances. I am giving some numbers from which I got calls nowadays: [protected],695,698,704. I hope they will not compel me to take other stringent actions to stop this.

Dear Sir,

I am subscriber of 3 Reliance broadband connections for more than one year. Ever since I have subscribed I get many reminder calls (2-3 per connection i.e 6-9 for 3 connections) on my land line and on my cell to make payment before due date. Many times they call me even after I have made the payments much before due dates, Many times the callers use arrogant and abusive language and its indeed annoying and disturbing. It is with great agony that i wish to draw your kind attention towards unwanted phone calls and sms received to me .I'm the customer of reliance with mobile number [protected] this mob no is already has been registered in DND but still unwanted voice calls and sms are continuously come.Previously i have been submit complained regarding unwanted phone calls and sms on 8 AUG 2012 but i didn't met with any advantage of this one


When i'm registered in DND then why you send advertising calls and message? I'm a businessmen and don't have a single minute to pick up ur idle phone calls.i have no interest in ur product and services I feel irritation when ur ring comes during dealing with clients

It's the violation of TRAI rules and regulation Why Reliance doesn't follow legislation, regulations and policy of TRAI ? Don't compel me to go in the shelter of TRAI

Now I am thinking to switch from Reliance to VODAFONE.This providing good customer service and better connectivity from Reliance
I feel confident of receiving a favourable and helpful reply.I am quite hopeful that you will take a prompt action and oblige.

I want to know the solution for, if anyone calls who is stranger to me and talk abusive things to me.. what shall i do to block his number or to punish him, so that in future he can't call me..Is there any helpline number issued by reliance communications?? plz suggest...
