Have been using the reliance gsm card ([protected]) in mumbai for the past few months.

Reliance has been cutting money from my prepaid card on the pretext of crbt and caller tunes at will even when i have not subscribed for it at any point of time.

When contacted with their call centre get a reply stating that i had selected the option or someone else must have done it on your phone and hence it is not eligible for any refund, if not this they have a simple answer that the system is down so please call later.

I use E90 handset with a facility of advanced call manager and hence dont recive unknown calls, these calls straight away ring to the inbuilt answering machine, hence there arises no question of me selecting any of their options.

It is so frustrating that am not able to do anything about it.

I am Sudhir. I am having Reliance Number from past 10 minths. From last 4-5 months, they are un necessarly deducting 30 rupees from my account every month. 1s I asked customer care service then they said I have activated come bollywood movie songs offer something. Then I asked them to de activated that. Then for 1 months I did not recharge even a single rupees to that number because I have a another Vodafone number. 5th of December I have recharged 100 rupees and 38 rupees offer pack. 6th December morning they have deduted 40 rupees from my account. When I asked they are telling I have activated some junk things and all. When I latked bit rude, then the customer service executive told me to disconnect the call and started to mis behaving with me. Finally when I asked him to tranfer the call ti his manager then he has become calm and taken the request. And he said that within 48 hours I will get my money back. I have to wait. If I have not got my money back then surely I will go to consumer court.

i am using reliance gsm from 7 months after 4 months they were started to deduct my balance by any way like automatically activating radio music,astrology pack,cricket pack etc when i was complaining, they were saying that u have sent us a massage of activation but its totally false note ,so kindly request u to go through it because same problem is going to face by my friend also.

I am a customer or reliance and i bought sim of reliance on 19/02/2010 and i recharged 86 rupees , i got 50 rupees and got service of 1 paisa but at the time of noon my 50 rupees has been deducted . when i called to customer care , customer care person told me you have to go to service center of reliance i went to there where servise person told me you will have to talk with customer care when i connected to customer care they told me we can't do anything for you , you have to wait for sometime , again i called to customer care they told me we have only 3 days record at this time i can't help you because we don't nave data and i didn't get my 50 rupees yet now

Hi Sir,
I have downloaded the caller tune from Rworld. As i have purchase from R- World so sum of Rs10 was deducted from my balance. After 10 hours 30Rs was deducted from my account as monthly charges for that tune. I talk to customer care for that and they said it will be activated in next 72 hours. Now after more than 72 hours it is not activated and also they have charged me with Rs20 as the caller tune charge. Now i am trying to reach the customer care for the reason of deduction of this amount and i am unable to reach them. I don't know, every time I call up and dial all the number to reach any CCE. as soon as the voice say that we are transferring your call to CCE the is disconnect.
Please help me out with it.

i rohit gupta i have reliance prepaid mobile number [protected] the balance in my phone on 3 april 2010 is 163 on the very next day ven sleep n make a call o som one den i found that my balance is 4 rs after that i make a call to customer care then hey told me that u r make a call at 12.57 on some special number whse pulse rate is 12 rs per min and i talk at that number near 13 minutes ven i check the dialed number detail of my hone i found no number has been dialed at that time . so i am very thankful to you if you take some action against reliancee so that the balance has come to my phone .............thanx n hope you sure take some action against this complaint and i hope for the better result my email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

My name is Jaya Verma.I have Reliance sim with the number [protected].I did not subscribe for any value added service but company has subscribed 'Super saver' service and deducted subscription charges.I complained on 2nd June 2010 to unsubscribe all the value added services activated on my number.their customer care executive and supervisor Arum assured me that it will be unsubscribe within 48 hours but they did not do it.since then they are deducting moeny from my account for that service.my complaint number is[protected].I talked to Arjit,Arun,MD, Nikilesh, they all are supervisors there but noone solved my problem.I have been calling for three days continuosly and requesting to unsubscribe but still I am gettinf messages nad my money is being deducted.I am fed up with all this.sometimes they deduct money without thinking whether I am in the place where there is nay shop near by to grt it recharged.Please take action against Reliance communication

against deduction of money (Rs 49) from my account without my
permission.

We called the customer care on 198 where Mr. Gurmeet pick the call and
provide the details regarding the deduction for the information he
unnecessarily hold the call without my permission.

After a long hold he transfer the call to Mr. Devendra kindly suggest
is this the way to entertain a customer for the complain........

Come on to the point as Mr. Devendra said the service is auto renewal
but without my permission how initially service activated then Mr.
Devendra said there is manually activated.. call center person call me
for the service.

According my information i did not agree for the service and i want to
refund my money in my account.

Reliance GSM — Deduction of money every month without any intimation

I am using this service for 2 years. from past 3-4 months, in the first week Rs. 15/- is deducting from my account . Every time when i make a call to Customer care and made complaint on 198, they were sayind that there is a server problem, so we cant help you now please call again after 1 hour. even though I make a call after 1 hour/ 1 day/ 1 week they are going with the same bluff reason. after that they are saying that you subscribed for joke/adult pack or something non-sense. The fact is that i havent gone for any pack except Rs.39/- SMS pack.

I was renewing it every month though easy-recharge. Even this month also i faced the problem. Yesterday my balance is around 18.00. When I tried to make a call this morning, i faced aerror message that u have insufficient balance. Immediately i made a call and had a hard talks from Customer Care Executive. The Call details are:

Now he said that the SMS pack will be renewed every month and the balance will be deducted every month and that to without any notice. From past 3 months am facing the problem and I have a loss of around Rs.150+ every month. What made me to complaint is that Executive from Customer Care said that "We dont bother whether the customer is having loss or not. what we want is money has to be deducted from your account. You(Customer) have to bear the loss whatever it happens. We dont care of him"
Then I asked "So dont you want the customer to be satisfied by your service??"
He replied "NO!!!"

Is this the way the customer care has to respond to Customer who is using his service for 2 years??
Oficers please look into this issue and make sure that it will not repeat again!!
Sr I recharge my CDMA mob No [protected] with rs 100/- on 24 Jan 11(Evening), when I Checked available bal on 25 Jan 11 at 0945h, I found only Rs 12.---/-. According to relience agent this is consumer's fault , but I assurre you that I did not choose any option to be start any other service on my cell phone.pl check and do as necessary.
its right even my balance is cut by rs.30
