I have the problem in using smart service when I call It becomes silence and my money is deducted . It happens whileincoming and outgoing call. It is happening for 30 to 40 days. Please solve my request. My mobile no is [protected]

hello sir. my no. is [protected]. my connection was act on 30 aug. incoming & outgoig facility avaliable but 9 sep. i incoming & outgoig facility has stopped at this time. i have give doc at 3 times but my connection not act till now. plz look this matter as soon as. this my my personal no. is [protected].
