[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Poor Service

Sir,

I have been unable to make any calls to reliance mobile phones (GSM) from my own GSM reliance phone. My number is [protected] from Nagpur.. Connectivity is usually poor but the connectivity has been appalling for the last 3 days..Unable to make any calls to Rel-GSM phones...

Kindly let me know when are you fixing your service, before I plan a switch to your competitor.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Self Ravi Kumar nemiwal and my number is [protected]. Last month i recharged my account by 99.00 rupees for take data service and date is 18 Sep 2011. Last three days ago i have received one massege for reneval data service "Please recharge your account for renew your data service". Yesterday I recharged my account by 100.00 rupees and last night i have received (Dear Reliance Customer, We have registered your request. Your data services will be activated shortly). And 99.00 rupees charged from my account. Today when i use data service than 100 rupees charged from my account. When i talk to customer executive and customer executive said to me i can't help you now pls call again and i call again but say again same word.
Now i want my money back. I'm using this number for last 3 year. But this is my first compliant against Reliance.
Kindly requested to you pls refund my money
I told customer care executive and he always make excuse "Deduct amount not showing in our system". But this is not my problem.
And they also can't explain that where is my deduction amount.
Sir, I want to draw your kind attention towards the force measures adopted by Reliance Communication people at Katni. To tell the matter , I am describing it as under-

I had taken one coin box from Reliance Communication ( Reliance Webworld at that time) katni on 12th October 2005 by paying a cash of Rs 4500/- which was made operational in First week of November 2005 after legal formalities and no 395834 was alloted. Since starting itself I faced following problems of poor service/product:-
1. The receipt of Rs 4500/-was not given to me in spite of repeated requests.
2. The warranty certificate of the coin box was not signed/ stamped.
3. The coin box started giving problem soon after installation. In initial 3 months ie by Jan 2006 , it was repaired by Reliance people 6 times, every time causing stoppage of service for two- three days. I requested Reliance person Mr. Anurag to replace it as it was a defective one, but he denied and assured to repair it.
4. After thorough repair in march 2006, it was put in service but again started giving same type of problems. It was repaired 4 times in 3 months ie from April 2006 to June 2006. In June, Mr. Shushil Sharma, head of Reliance Communication was requested personally by me and my husband but he also refused to replace it.
5. As our request was not responded, I stopped very frequent recharge because we were unable to utilize the talktime Rather. We started a recharge voucher of Rs 50/- just for extension of validity so that we could utilize our talktime. On this we were warned over telephone that service would be withdrawn. Meanwhile we contacted Mr Akash of Reliance Jabalpur who assured to look into the issue.
6. On 22 November 2006 few persons from Reliance Communication came to my shop and forcibly lifted the receiver( antenna) . Our person tried to resist it but they said it was their property. Without antenna the coin box became useless and apart from our Rs 4500/- purchase amount the balance talktime of approx Rs 800/- could not be utilized. After that I contacted Mr anurag and queried why it was lifted without serving any notice, he told he could do whatever he wanted and further told that we should be thankful that he did not use his “ vasulli person” ie recovery agent.

Being a lady, I could not think of going to court or seek police help particularly so because I don’t have much documentary evidence to prove that it was being repaired so frequently or that the service was stopped for so many days. But I think a proper publicity to such a improper behavior by Reliance Communication people must be highlighted so that people can be aware on such things.

Reliance Telecom — Bad phones, poorer service

Hi,

We had purchased Reliance landline a few years back. While the phones promised mobility within the city, it is not even giving it to me in my home.

The network keeps fluctuating and the company also refuses to exchange the phone or help it get repaired in case of any problems.

Seems as if the company has completely given up on the landline business and the customers involved.
reliance customer care /telephone officers are not at all good...they dont know about their plans itself...they are confusing customers...worst service...was thinking relaince now i'm totally frustrated with this cdma handsets...cant move other service provider also...have to run with this fools.
i have been receiving promotional calls and messages at odd hours which cause disturbance and harrasment to the customer . you are requested to please look in the matter . cell no [protected]
hello every1,
i am livin in haryana and here reliance has launched its gsm service with very attractive scheme but on the other hand they r givin very weak connectivity range which sometimes work and a 24hrs busy network which is against TRAI regulations. U can not dial a bsnl no. frm rel. gsm it always shows "route busy" what i do???
My mobile no. is [protected] . It has been migrated for life time i.e. 21.07.2021 from 28.04.2009 where as I have not requested for the same or nor a life time voucher has been recharged by me.

On enquiring from reliance cusomer care no.*333 once they have replied they cant do any thing and second time a person has replied that it is being due to network problem and it will be corrected automaticaly after 30.04.2009.

We are waiting of crossing the date 30.04.2009 to authenticity of their commitment.
I am using Reliance GSM number [protected] since 2003 but after every 4-5 months they asked me to submit my identification details and debarred my number. This time also they do the same. My number is debarred. Till now it is not activated. I have given all the id details they asked for. Please help me. I will be grateful to you.

I've complained many times to REliance communication reg. mentioned below subject, but still there is no proper response from reliance. the detail is as under:

I've sent a mail and forwarding again to you. Whenever i'm calling at night through Reliance India Card account, i am hearing "This account is currently in use, please try after some time, regarding which i've complained two times and received the message that your problem have been resolved but still in night i am facing the same problem. Tell me what to do, either i should use this no. or should switch from Reliance.

Please suggest me what to do for the same problem.

I have applied for new land line phone connection of last 30th of november 2009.
Your executive give commitment that within week connection will handover.But rightnow i don't get .Whenever i was tring to connect his(your executive) phone he is not attaned my phone and when i trying to call him from other number then he said that some time they going in my home for connection nobady was there .he is totaly wrong becouse i live with my family.

So please solveout this problam as soon as posible .Payment have already cleared from my account which i have given your executive.

Whenever I call *355 CC No they people suggest me to recharge your ac of any denomination
But why should I recharge? as I recharge of rupees 935/- PM of 3 gb pack

my name is sagar seth and my mobile no. is [protected]. am using this no. from 5 years. in past i never complained about services provided to me . i even recommended reliance to my friends also because of very good network coverage. but now a days am really very disturbed with your poor services. i have complained so many times given so many feedbacks to customer care but i found no solution.I received messages saying that your complaint has been resolved but still am facing the same problem.
first of all there is very poor network coverage. Network fluctuation is become very common for me. am not able to make or receive calls. Some times it says phone is not responding, sometimes phone is not reachable. In case the phone is switched off people still listen ringtone.message sending failed. call failed. Messages are not received at all.
I have activated missed call alert also but never get missed call alert on time. Alert message comes after 2 or 3 days. tell me then what is the use of missed call alert service if am not getting alerts on time. If someone sends message to me either am unable to receive or if received then its late by 2 to 3 hours.
I have contacted customer care so many times regarding my problems. They are not ready to register my complaints,they just take my feedback even someitmes they don't talk properly.Now a days i can't even contact customer care. It says "this route is busy" when i try to contact customer care.
they are providing so many value added services like callertunes, cricket, news update, astrology etc etc. But why don't they improve their basic services so that i can say again that reliance is very good. am really telling you that i am so much mentally disturbed and frustrated because of this. It has become a rarity for me to get proper services. in every 2-3 days i have to face these problem.
please help me am very irritated. please help me and provide proper services otherwise i have to break my relation with you and in future i will never recommend reliance to anyone.

1.Activated tight free plan (rs 29/-) but still deducts from balance.

Every month Automatic deduction happening to my Reliance mobile([protected]). When calling the 333/198 help desk, every time the reliance helpdesk saying the Server is down to get your info, Please call after 6 hrs/3hrs. The last time I called 198 help desk at 11:38 AM on 11th Apr 2011.

This is a kind of ideotic answer (irretating) if you listen all the time from your telephone provider to whom you trust.
And As far my knowledge is concerned, It was a automatic subscription happened. I never subscribed to any service.

We purchased data card [protected] to be used for normal calling. After one year use reliance no. I m facing some Problam. My balance is automatic decrease. after that i was call to c/c . c/c said u are use r-world. but that time i have coprate this. after one month same day my balance is auto. decrease. then i m calling to c/c. he is also repate the same pro. then i will write comp. but no soluc. you are not belive my balace is every month decrese and decrese . so try to understand my pro.
and solve my problam.
i m very poor person.
i m not satisfied with ur c/c . he is every time misguide me.


My response remains the same, I generally get an average 25 calls per day, and nobody complained that I am not reachable. If you are not able to response to me give me the contact number of a higher authority I will speak to him, since I am no more interested in again calling your CallCenter and waiting for hours
this is my second comp.
My name is rajkumar chakravarty. my no. is [protected]. my issu is that i have compliant to custmer care about mauj game service such as Games Club- 1Oct11,wap.mauj.com/Utp/L15123U1583V2M9937/Sub/rcom/gc/index.php?page=gcsub . every day i get message threw that service and deduct my balance every day Rs 5 per day. i am maintly and finatialy disturb by this problem.. so please deactivate this service early..and waiver my deduct balance..
on 05/10/2012 i myself went to reliance world gallery for replacement of Sim card which does not catches network, standing in an huge Que when i reached at the counter the relationship lady she said call *359 from our R world gallery i told her i had already spoke to the people u please change the sim card,as the sim card was for data card usage on 21mbps speed and 950 monthly plan but the speed was not even 1 mbps speed when my usage at home and any where and she rejected me by providing a new sim card.

The Reliance people completely cheated me by providing a data card which does not has any speed at all another thing is it was just 15 days purchasing the data card they generated bill for rs 420 for 15 days non usage

so please do not go to RELIANCE ANY OTHER TIME
