[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Mobile Internet | |||
Dear Sir This complain is in regard to Mobile Internet Plan of Reliance which was offered for 6 month on New Samsung Mobile's. I Purchased a Samsung mobile model no. GT S 5302 with Reliance offer 3G net 1GB data per month for 6 month Dtd 20.Oct.2012 (mob. no. [protected]), My net deactivated after one month. After all I book a complain customer care (complain no.[protected] Dtd 01.Dec.2012 ) he say your problem will be resolved in next 2 days. But after 2 days i get a message "your offer has been resolved benefit is posted into your account" but still i am not able to use these internet services. We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, As per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform you that the handset benefits ((1GB*5) 3G data for 5 months) has been posted into your account .

As per my last complain the matter has not yet been fully resolved. As per last comment of rcom care they said that the handset benefits (1GB*5) 3G data for five month has been posted into our account.
After further conversations with rcom care benefits were only credited for 1 month, after the expiry of 1 month the problem is still on same path.Now I need my 3G plan benefits for remaining 4 months.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

3g Data Pack of mobile no [protected] is not working from today morning . i tried to resolve this by restart my phn several times. but Mobile data is not working .I tried to register my complaint and get the technical Assistance from the customer Care executive but all in vain.
