Reliance Communications — money deduction

Sir,
I recharged my mobile with 1 year plan in which my local call charges was 50 paise per min for local call. In April i recharged with Rs 496 special recharge, when i asked the customer care they didn't told me that my base plan will change and i will be charged 99 paise per min for local call. Now when my validity of special recharge is over they are still deducting 99 paise. Now when i called to the customer care they are saying that my base plan has changed. So u will be charged 99 paise only and we cannot do anything.

Please help me regarding this issue.

I have recharged my limit card on 16/12/2008 with Rs. 500/- with one year validity.

On 25/03/2009 following amount has been deducted from my account in limit card head -
Mar 25, 2009 BEING LIMITCARDCHARGES - 25/03/2009 NSECM 500.00

I had meet to the Reliance money customer care but but they are not returning my money back.Even i have mail on the Reliance money customer care site but i have not get the response from that side.

My Rajasthan reliance GSM no. is [protected]. On 06-12-10 night, some pack was activated on my number automatically without my permission and Rs 30 were deducted from my balance. On contacting the customer service about the sudden decrease in balance i was informed that it was because of this pack which had supposedly requested through USP, which was completely untrue and i hadn't even heard of the pack before. I didn't even receive a confirmation message on my cell regarding the activation of that pack. I was told that pack would be deactivated but the deducted money thus won't be refunded.

It seems this has become a new harassment scheme to fleece out money from the customers through blatant and shamefully corrupt practices or through sheer incompetence and faulty bug-ridden systems.

I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount from Reliance company, otherwise I compelled to quit the services of Reliance GSM.

Hello,
I am a consumer of Reliance GSM no ([protected]) of northeast circle. yesterday a sum of Rs.30.00 has been deducted from my balance by the service provider & after calling to customer assistance, they replied that there is a devotional pack activated in my no and they already deducted Rs. 10.00 from my account earlier. But i never activated such packs and service provider never inform me regarding the pack activation or money deduction. I therefore request to Reliance authority to take necessary action so that it will never happen again with anyone.

money deduction unknowinglly by activating some offers without my permission. i am using this sim for nearly 6 months and till now i lost nearly above 100 rs. how many times i asked them to resolve my problem but it is still countinuing...?

Reliance Communication — money deducted

I am Reliance Gsm customer and my No. is [protected]. on dated 27.03.2011 and 28.03.2011 Rs 30 and Rs 60 has been deducted from my account balance. I contact to the customer care but there wasn't any call record from the above mentioned date.

my no. is [protected] m use this no. from lat 6 to 9 months n the company deduct my balance from my a/c many time with out using any services.

I talk to complain care 198 (toll free ) through my reliance mob. [protected] to complain my balance deduction and for each time 1 rs. deducted from my mobile total 3rs . for talking on 198 which is toll free. I talk to customer care repeatably many time and every time i get answer that it get refundet within 24 hr. but till now i didn't get my refund.

My self mukesh kumar rao and my mobile no. [protected], bihar. Sir Reliance deduct my money without any services activated by me. on dated:[protected],Rs.20/- deducted from my account. I come to know that my money deducted from my account on Dates[protected], they will automatically activate the services and charged me for that service, many times they will do this, so many times i will call to customer care and register a complaint regarding this but no any response they will not back my money.

So, you are requested again to please check with your end and back my money and also please not I don't want to this type of nonsense deduction on my number.

this is about money deduction, my std pack renewal date was 2 aug. but they didn't renew and send me a message that recharge with 28 rs to enjoy std calls at 30 paisa.... After 2 days i recharged my cell phone with 28 rs but next day (4th aug) they renewed my std plan. So total i paid 56 rs for that plan... And now customer care executive and superwiser told me that they had technical problem... A simple and straight excuse...

i have reliance no [protected] named Ravi Vishwakarma, many times i have log complaints for deduct unknowen balance, and u r company not solved my problem, when i recharge my no than every time deduct unknown services charges and i also contact reliance customer and they can't give any reply, i m facing this probelm last 5 or 6 month plz give me the solution's or cut my connection ...plz do the careful...

Its only 3 days and again.. disappointment's start again. really i dont know why reliance doing lke this. reliance started deducting money for unwanted packs..

My money deducted again for startalktrail packs, vas one97stalkdp packs ETc. i want my money back for these unwanted packs.

Yesterday when i received call from Customer care they promised me..there will be no packs will be activated on your numbers in future , then why been it activated without my confirmation or knowledge.

I guess now time has came for me to change the operator(other network).

Please let me know the higher authorities numbers or contact details.So that i can finalize the things and get the better answer.
