I am Manmohan and phone no is [protected] After submit complaint in yours site on 29-April morning i received your call from [protected] no & they say that i need to submit my document again in reliance office and when i contact with reliance office they say there is no need to submit my document again and they doesn't did any help of me and they say that this is not our fault its problem from other operator(aircel) end because they don't disconnect your number. WHENEVER WE CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE PUT TO HOLD FOR NEARLY 20 TO 30 MINUTES NOT ATTENDING THE CALL. VERY WORST EXPERIENCE PARTICULARLY WITH RELIANCEWHERE WE HAVE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTRE IS A TOTAL WAST
