My Reliance net connect no : [protected] I am shocked , Frustrated and worried about my security since i am receiving calls from collection agents who are speaking in non professional manner "as mentioned in your code of conduct" . Lines from your code of conduct from reliance website [protected][protected][protected][protected]- "11. The employee shall be formal, sincere and polite yet firm in all their interactions with the Customer. 12. While interacting with the Customer the employee should be brief and to the point 13. The employee shall not engage in any conduct or practice, which harasses, oppresses or abuses any person (including but not limited to the" [protected][protected][protected][protected]- These people are asking me to pay Rs 1221 for 0 usage. (that is i have not used the connection but still they are asking of payment. by sending SMS daily and calling me. I have explained my situation but all they need is only money this was the comment given by the collection executive. Is this the only thing you expect from customer. I am a prompt customer in paying my reliance bill which i have used. I was on medical - rest from may 2012 so i requested customer care through phone to disconnect my connection but they insisted to go for de-activation. I thought of continuing the service after six month but suddenly i got call that i have to pay Rs 1221 inspite of zero usage. There are no ways to disconnect the connection i have sent mail to nodal officer, Informed customer care executives but nothing is showing on record when my husband went to reliance office in Chennai. These in appropriate attitude towards customers are not professional way of handling people. I am pretty much disappointed kindly guide me what to do. I thought of extending my connection but due to this bad experience i wont take up any Reliance product in my lifetime. Reliance Communication — harrasing a customer
i had launched a complaint againest my moblie i had called 7 times at customer care but no one is able to rectify my complaint, everyone is tranffering me here & there my services are barred without any reason. no one is able to tell me why my services are barred. and everyone is saying your complaint is already registered it will take 24hrs to rectify it but anyone can tell me why i have to wait for 24 hrs for without any reason. i have to explain my whole story to everyone there is miscommunication in all the departments.They are just wasting customer time and harrsing the customer for no reason.
kindly take action action against it
