Reliance Communications — Several Issues

Hi my number is [protected] my name is prashant , i am getting my main balance deducted every now and then some times rs 3 sometimes rs 5, i have been calling customer care regarding the same i get tottally different issues ,
some people say its getting deducted from your RWORLD when my internet pack is aleady active it should not deduct it should not be charged
some people say that its getting deducted when you are calling the customer service , where in its not being charged i noticed it all the times
customer service its free not charged but still you people customer care persons and supervisors they are saying the same thing again and again i asked different types and questions and i get the same answer repeated when these people don't understand hindi telugu and english fire them they don't deserve to work in reliance i had a beautiful confidence in reliance thats why i switched over from vodafone to relieance , but i guess vodafone people were far better than you guys reliance sucks
Activating packs with out my knowledge/confirmation
Deducting balance with out any reason
customer service is pathetic
the network fluctuate in my area
i have called several times for my gprs they still could not resolve it
a customer calls up with an issue instead of resolving it you guys create another issue
I am going to sue your company , i have all the recordings , i have already submitted my concern to
DC speak Out shortly you will see that ,
I will go to consumer complaints, i will expose reliance for its pathetic services, no response from the customer care
balance deducting its my hard earned money i will decide how i wanna use it not you guys that activating packs
and deducting balance , my issue still not resolved about the gprs.

Yes i completely agree, they always create new problem instead of resoving the existing one i had to change my service provider because of the same issue.
I got the message stating it will be refunded to my account and also got the email but din't get my BALANCE wow what a service

i am facing this issue since long that my balance is getting deducting every now and then and packs are also getting activated
with out my knowledge please do something for atleast a week till i switch over to idea please hold it the same way if you don't want
customers in reliance please don't trouble people like this, JUST SAY WE DON'T WANNA SERVE RELIANCE CUSTOMERS will not
take it ...we are businessmen we don't have much time to waste like this, and your tower i don't get signal in my office i dunno
how you people still claim that RELIANCE IS INDIA NO 1 NETWORK, I seriously feel like SLAPPING the person who says no 1 it doesn't even
deserve to be 100th position that much you have troubled me with my balance deduction, activating packs with out my confirmation, and pathetic network
i thought its really no 1 in network thats why i went for this but i feel like suing this co for making false promise and not delivering what it always promises
who ever the top management should deserve to be terminated as these ______________'S don't do their duties properly, they should be terminated and also
reliance should ensure that they are not getting placed anywhere else in the industry. Why do you trouble a common man like this? This is heights, we don't even
have time to go to IDEA and change it to mobile portability, Seriously Letting you guys know if this continues i am going to sue Reliance for this someone might have
to pay a big prize, I am not getting personal with Reliance, Don't let me be...Do something or else be ready for everything i am going to expose you guys everywhere.

My number is [protected] i.e Reliance-GSM.

I have recharged with Rs35/- on 18th August 2012 which gives 100mb data permonth for 6months, 10 local/national sms perday for 6months, reliance-reliance call rate is 5p/min & local call rate is 30ps/min.

I still have Rs679.100 GPRS balance valid upto 18th November 2012. But while using internet my money is getting deducted from my main account since 26th October 2012.

I have lost Rs47/-, Rs10/-, Rs32/- & Rs10 respectively. I have given several complaints to customer care, they say that they will solve it but it's of no use. The moment I recharge my account and access internet, I loose my main account balance. I can't bear to loose my money again and again.

This is the last time I'm asking you to solve my problem, otherwise I will put this issue in Consumer Court and move out of this network.
