with due respect, i want to say that i m naved khan, working in gurgaon city. i purchase the SIM of Relience GSM (NCR) on 14th march. In 25th March, i can not check the balance. 3 time i complain against this problem but the customer care of Relience can not solve my problem.
please check my complain and take strict action against this company.

Reliance — deduction of balance without any cause

i recharged my number ie. +91 [protected]. on sunday morning (16 august 2009), nearly 10am.
and after making calls, Rs12/- was remaining in my account. but when i checked my balance evening time. it was Rs0.00/-. i mean the balance was nil. i don't know how. neither i made any call nor i have sent any messages..its not happening first time...it has happend earlier also many times...when i call to customer care, they say that we shall get back to you...but they never getback to us...PLEASE HELP...

My simple calling plan on reliance GSM was activated even when I had not activated it. I have reliance gsm simple calling plan from beginning and it was activated by them again. They deducted Rs48 even when I had not activated any service. On asking the customer care they replied " Sir, you have activated the service. Even if you activate the same service ten times we keep on deducting the amount and give you same plan again again." TRAI should check this unauthorized and illegal consumption of money from consumers.

Reliance Smart — Unethical deduction

I have been using Reliance for couple of years and has faced some nightmares in recent past ([protected]). They have activated my account with some auto activate services for which I have not applied for. Moreover, when I enquired about the same with the customer care personal, they are not reluctant in giving me the required information on how and when this service has been auto activated. They just pick call and hold on for long time. I need to complain in regards to this. I will complaint about it in consumer forum as well as raise this issue in major news papers in the city, because this thing happening pretty regularly to me.

Reliance GSM — Unauthentically deducting the balance

I am using Reliance GSM service since one month, during this period 4-5 times unauthentically deducted balance (each time 30 rupees). When I call to customer care, I was told that some services are activated. I am facing lots of problem, most of time i listern "you have unsufficietn balance" evin after the recharge too. My request to TRAI, kindly look in to this matter, how the service provider activate the services with out the costumers permission and deduct the amount. I think this is a policy of the company to collect a huge amount of money in a wrong way.

Automatic Activation of packs
Hi , this is sravan i'm using reliance network from past 2.5 years.these rel cus care people are very much rude they won't take any thing serious about custmer Queries. 2 months back they cut 10 rs from my balance i called the custmer care they told that your activated some alert service but didn't get any alerts. and they told me that in these type of cases we must complain in 24 hrs.
but how could i know i didn't activated that plan.they don't even given any mes abt the alerts activation.
so, i left that the issue. but again 1 week back they did same thing again for me this time 30 rs.
they are telling that your activated cricket alerts manually using some star(*) code. but this time also i did not activated any alerts like that. i don't know why they are cheating the custmers like this....?
so, i didn't get the proper response from the excutive then i given the negative feed back then i got call from rel people at that time also i'm explaning the issue the call was disconnected so, i don't know whether it was done intenstionnally or not...? but it's not the right way to treat the custmer

Reliance — Deduction of amount from balance.

I am Lakshman Singh Yadav using relaince mobile no:[protected].On 6th February 2011 an amount of Rs30/- has been duducted from my balance without using any service.When contacted costumer care they replied that health pack service has activated from your end.But I did not activated any service.This type of deduction is happened so many type before also. I am not satisfied with Reliance costomer care reply.
