[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unnecessary Balance Deduction

Reliance GSM has deducted my unnecessary balance , When registered for DND then after 100 days still no DND has been activated and they have deducted my 200 rupee balance in last six month , this is really pathetic for me to have such a worst service provider My name is rahul srivastava and my number is [protected]

first send a sms 'START 0' TO 1909 U WILL NOT GET ANY FAKE CALLS OR COMPANY CALLS .
On 9/02/2013, when i was trying to cal , insufficient balance massage shown to of and i was not able to do call,i tried to call centre of reliance ,but they put me on hold.
on 10/02/2013, my balance had deducted , company activated 3 day net plan ,i called to reliance call centre, but they didn't give me any satisfying answer

1. When I checked the balance today afternoon it was about 34.0 rupees and when I checked in evening it was just 9/- only.
I have deactivated my GPRS plan and not using gprs by any sort o[censored]se.

But in evening they have deducted it and when I inquired from CC, they say that it was due to browsing.
I am challenging them that if they can check by technically from my mobile handset, they can do and check that I have not even opened my browser.

They have deducted this kind of amount in past for many a times and not refunding it.

2. My second issue is that I have this 9/- balance in my account, though they are not allowing me to do outgoing call. Not getting any proper reason for it.

Please check the matter and resolve asap.

Worst operator ever in wireless and broadband is reliance.
It provides the worst of all services and deduct money without any reasons.
Unfortunately I have both of reliance broadband connection and reliance gsm connection.
y name is nishan garg and my reliance gsm no is [protected].
I got this sim on 26th April 2013 and got a balance of rs 70 and a free gprs 500 mb every month for 3 consequitive months. But after completion of one month I didn't receive another 500 mb gprs.

So I called reliance and informed them about this and customer care representative said that I will receive my remaining 500mb in 24hrs, but I didn't receive it and again I called th next day and the same false promises I got, but I never received it.
But after calling them for 4 consecutive time, when I called them 5 th time the next they, they rudely talked to me and told that I will not receive ant data as it wasn, t in my subscribed first recharge.
Guys you only tell that once they are saying that I will receive the data balance and another day they are telling me that there is no data to be given, so till how far is this correct on behalf of reliance.
Another thing is that after that issue I subscribed for do no disturb service to fully block reliance calls and sms, but I still am receiving them from past 15days and I received a message that in recharge of rs 74, I will get balance of rs50 and gprs of 500 mb, but I received only gprs 500 mb and no balance of rs 50 .
Upon calling reliance customer care I was informed that I will not receive any balance because in recharge of rs74 only 500 mb gprs is there, but I told them about the message which I received from reliance and they rudely said that I am lying and no such message is sent by them.
So this is really very cheap and fraud from reliance deducting balance and gprs by these kind of acts.
So I strongly recommend everyone nit to use reliance ever in future.


Guys one more incident with reliance I like to share is about reliance broadband.
My user is on reliance broadband is[protected]
I am using reliance broadband from past 1 year and there are most of the times issues with It's speed and connectivity. I'm the month of march my broadband stopped working and I informed reliance customer care about it and they told me that there is outage issue in my area and as soon as it will be rectified I will get the waiver for no of days my net wasn, t working.
So it unfortunately didn, t get repaired and after 40-45 days it started working. So I called reliance for the waiver for this and they registered my complain and provided waiver for only 4 days.
So on calling again and again, I only got this reply that there was outage issue only for 4 days and for that waiver has been provided.

So how far is this correct, really fed up with the fraud by reliance.

I really want reliance to look up to my issue and provide me my fair money.
Also again I suggest you all guts never to for for attractive appearing plans of reliance as they are all if the times fraud.

Before this also reliance deducted my balance for VAS ShemrooVP and every time i call to customer care they did not solve my problem and gave excuses such as their system is not updated, technical problem, etc..Kindly look into the matter and i surely going to quit reliance because it uses cheap tricks to expoit their customer.

This complaint is for the number [protected]. Two days ago my account balance was INR 192 and my data balance was 230 MB valid till[protected]. On the day of diwali there was no network on my phone. It wouldn't connect to the Internet or even call. I tried knowing my account details but I got the reply as service unavailable. I tried again the next day when my phone still wouldn't connect. Suddenly my account balance was a mere INR 0.03 and my data balance as 0.00 MB. I immediately tried calling customer care on 198. Initially all I got was "this route is busy". After calling about 20-25 times the call connected to the IVR. After which the customer care executive never came on line and all I got was static for 7 minutes. The same thing happened for the next 4 hours. After 20 busy times the call would connect to the IVR but no customer care executive would pick up. I finally gave up and slept.

This morning I tried again. It still took 20-25 busy tones after which the call would connect once. The customer care executive picked up this time. He said I can only check details of last three days and there's no balance deduction, if there was you would've received an SMS. I said exactly my point, where did my money go? To which he said I'm sorry due to some technical difficulty I can't access your account details, call back later. I did call back again, and after 20 times when it connected I got the same reply of technical difficulties. The third time the same thing happened again and this time I asked that executive that is there any other way because this is going nowhere. To which she said I'm sorry you would have to call again.

So after wasting even more hours of my morning I'm at a loss of what to do to get my money back. The same thing happened on 1st October as well where even though I had data balance, charges were deducted from my main account balance of about INR 183. Though they did register the complain then and I got my balance. But this is getting out of hand. I have better things to do then talk on the phone to get my hardearned money!
Kindly look into the matter.

This is in regard to the number [protected]. I don't know what to do anymore. It is impossible to talk to the customer care executives as the option doesn't exist anymore.

The network on my phone stopped working on 23 Oct. I tried knowing my balance but it said service temporarily unavailable. I assumed it must be due to festival traffic. The situation remained the same on 24th as well. I tried knowing my balance again. This time I got a reply. My main account balance was Rs. 0.03 and data balance was 0.00MB!

While two days ago it had been Rs. 192 and data balance had been 285 MB. Since we own smart phones these days that can track your data usage. My phone says I only used 55 MB. If we consider ambiguity of 5MB I still have seem to lost 230 MB of data and my entire balance.

I immediately called 198. It took 25 busy tones for the call to finally connect. After which no executive came online and all I got was static. The same process repeated for the next 4 hrs. After which I gave up. I called again the next day, that's the 25th. It again took 20-25 busy tones for the call to connect. The executive came online this time and I was told that he did not see any deductions in the last three days and if there were I would have been informed. Do you get the stupidity here! That is the entire point, I wasn't informed and still my balance remains null!!! After which the executive said "I'm sorry, there is some technical difficulty. Call back later." I called back later. My call connected a total of 3 times in 2 hrs and all of those times I was told to call back later. Both of which times there were technical difficulties.

I did call back in the evening and the morning today, i.e 26th. But now talk to the customer care executive option doesn't seem to be working on 198 and I have no idea how to connect to reliance people anymore. I have emailed reliance customer care to no avail. I even went to my nearest reliance store, who also "dropped an email". Still no response!
As if that wasn't enough, I recharged my phone on 26th Oct with Rs. 120 account balance and Rs. 27 data pack. My data balance is 9 MB left but still they have deducted Rs. 74 from my main balance! This has happened for the second time but this time there's nowhere to complain. I have even called their Appellate Authority. The lines are always busy. I want my money back and my data as well! Would you see into the matter.
I have recently buyed a new pair of SIM card[protected], after 2 month one day[protected] I got same message on my both SIM from RM-Reliance of duduction of 3 rupees from my balance, i had not receive any call from their promo calls after that i had charged without any prior notice. i tried to call complaint number 198 but they did't receive my call.After 3 days they again deduct 3 more rupees from balance from both SIM, i again tried 198 this time eventually they receive my call and heard my whole matter and feel there mistake and returned 3 rupee balance on my one SIM, i also said that please deactive all VAS service from my both 2 SIM and they accept it. After 3 day they again start to cheat me by deducting 3 rupee. now i am totally helpless because they neither receiving my call on any number 198 or *333 or [protected]. please help me.
My mobile number in [protected], Yesterday I recharged my prepaid account with 160 Rupees. When I checked my balance today morning it was NIL. After that when i tried to speak with the Customer Care Executive they told me that the balance deducted was regarding the Net Usage.
They told me that my Internet balance has expired at 21:29:11. After that the balance was being deducted from my account.
Whereas when I sent a service message on "55333" MBAL, System Generated reply was "Your 3G balance is 163.89 MB it will expire on[protected]" I received this message on 23:09 .
If there is any sought of error in your system, then why should i bear that.
I am having Reliance GSM SIM +91-[protected] in which on 06.04.2015 the balance was Rs. 165 but on 07.04.2015 it was Rs. 36 only. I dont know how it got reduced in 1 day.

It is requested to please remit the deducted balance to my account at the earliest.

Still my problem has not been resolved. Again you have deducted 80 rupees from my account & the waiver which you had given is not satisfactory. Customer care is still blocked.
