Mehta is very upset with the balnce deduction from RELIANCE netwrk tat m using.. wthout usin ne service.. d balnz deductn is wthout ne notice.. its been this many many times.. any service pack iz activated on itz own each mnth vch resultz in2 dis deductn.. eg. my sms pack waz due on 6th april n i already renewd in on 5th april.. still on 6th april my entire balnz was deducted.. plz look in2 dis asap..

d same thing also happenz in net packz n ALL d oda services.. dese ppl juz cause a pure waste of our money..

Reliance Mobile — receiving unnecessary call and messages and balance deduction

i have mobile of reliance i get many unnecessary calls and messages on mobile. The balance of mobile gets automatically deducted i want to stop this unnecessary calls and messages my mobile number is [protected] i want to use DND facility
i also want if there is any number to stop these unnecessary calls and messages

ye same problem muje, meri mammy k cell pe, mere sabhi neighbour ko even meri puri society ko same problem hai... or kabhi b benchod customer care phone karte hoon tou unke executive bhi thik koi jawaab nahi dete or hameshaa yeh kehte hai ki hamara system update ho raha hai... lode reliance wale 1 no k madarchod or lutere hai vo sirf customer ki maa chodna jante hai jab b muje milenge mai uski maa ben ek kar dungi...

few days back 25 rupees were deducted from my a/c. i called the customer care department and i was told that i had activated some contest service which wasnt the case. i had not activated such kind of service. now again yesterday on 18th april 11, i called the customer service dapartment to enquire about the internet pack costing 29 rupees. they asked me to send a message "m 29" on the number "51234". today ie on 19th april 11, aroud 8 30 am i sent this mesage. but to my surprise, they activated some "missed call alert pack" on my number. i called on 198 to enquire about this and this time i was told that there is no such service yet available to recharge the 29 rupees voucher through message. now they are telling me that my money would not be refunded. i talked to the senior executive there and he told me the same. i would like to lodge a complaint against

1. giving out wrong information to the customer
2. harassing the customer and not refunding my money

i am a very poor guy and can hardly afford to keep a phone. but i have to do so in order to stay in touch with my family which stays in muzaffar nagar.
please be kind enough to pay your attention into this matter.

my no is [protected] and there is unnecessary deduction of money even after activating do not disturb service.when i keep my account balance above rs 30,they deduce my balance and when i want to connect to the service provider,they give the same excuse every time that "server is down" . i am fed up from the service provider excuses.
kindly look in this matter.

Reliance — balance deducted inspite of complaint

had complained to the customer care on the night of 13th that 60rs was deducted and lodged a complaint, complaint no[protected]. but today morning was shocked to see that again a sum of 30rs has been deducted, cant understand what is the kind of service that reliance is providing.

This is srinivasan, i have been using reliance prepaid for last two years my no [protected]. a sum of 60rs has been deducted from my account on 11-4-11, when contacted the customer care they told that it has been deducted through r world for some java game, but the thing is that since i was in roaming in tamilnadu i had not used the number for a week now, then where comes the point of activating moreover my mobile model is htc diamond through which r world cannot be accessed, the irony is that i had left my sin in the room only and dont know how the pack was activated,

moreover this is not the first time it has happened to me 2 months back also 30 rs was deducted from my account, when asked i was told it was deducted for news pack and the same pack was deactivated the same day, after calling customer care n number of times and also the nodal officer in chennai and bangalore i was assured from them that the amount will be refunded back but it never happened,

also few months back amount was again wrongly deducted for sms pack.,.

it has become common with this reliance that they charge for services which we never request for then when asked for the reasons give all the weird answers on the earth

I am Nikhil Kharbanda working in The South Indian Bank Ltd, Mumbai. My mobile service provider Reliance GSM is deducting unnecessary balances by giving the lame excuses that i myself have applied for for some packs, but in reality i have not applied for the same. I have called the customer care executive so many times but he didn't help me and he spoke to me rashly. This has happened with me 8 times. Last it was happened on 13th May 2011 and 15th May 2011. They themselves are saying you go to consumer forum we do not have any problem.
Because of my hectic job timings i cannot go behind them every time.
So, I request you to please help me in solving this problem and getting my refund.

Reliance GSM — unnecessary deduction of balance

Hi,

I use a reliance GSM sim. Today morning, I found that 10 rupees have been automatically deducted from my balance, without my consent or information.day before yesterday it was 30 rs..this has been going on for more than 2 months now When I called the Customer Service, they say that the money is deducted because I have activated some plans, which is completely false.

When I wanted to talk to some higher authority, the customer service put me on a hold, and nobody responded for almost 5-6 mins..

There is no one to answer, who activated this plan, and how. No one to account for the deducted balance.

I am fed up of this type of fake things, the company keeps on doing since a long time.....

These things need to be stopped.

Reliance smart GSM — Waiver my decucted balance

I am a user of Reliance smart GSM form 5years.My Phone no is [protected]. I have not applied for any services and also activate DND.

The Reliance smart play game with customers.When ever anyone recharge in there sim they deduct the amount by automatic activating ringtone,jokes pack etc. . In my mobile the message come from number 52345 and 52811.

I have been contacting the people of customer care so many times but they are not taking any action against it, nor solving my problem and said to me that they cannot do anything.

I know many of my friends have also same problems. Kindly register my complain, and i hope u would take a serious action against the Reliance smart GSM .

Really i m very much disappointed on this service. Kindly waiver the deducted amount ASAP.

The Problem is that my mobile balance has reduced with daily 3 Rs;rather i hav not activated any type of scheme.
this type of trouble is not occured 1st time.how many times i sent the complaint.its happened again & again.
then what Custmor hav to do i[censored]r company disturbing in such a way again & again ?

My mobile no. is [protected].I am a Reliance GSM user.From the past 3 months i have been getting commercial calls and messages from reliance.I spoke to customer care and even activated the do not disturb feature online but the calls still kept coming.From the past week I have also noticed unauthorized balance deduction from my mobile which the company is not giving me information of.

Kindly look into my matter seriously and get my out of it as soon as possible

sir, i use reliance gsm(smart). everytime without informing me reliance is activating some value added service or orther.. when i call to customer care they some time apoloise and return back my money bt many time they refuse to return... worst thing is that again they activate some new pack / service and deduct money for that without informing me, after they had deactivated the previous pack and returned its money.
sir, because of this i am mentally and financely harrased.. please i request you to take necessary action against reliance gsm(bihar).
for this i will be grateful to you.

dear sir
reliance service is deducting my balance everytime. its too much now thats why i am complaining to you.when i call customer care for this they don't talk properly and when i ask to transfer my call to the manager then they put my call on hold. the customer care executive is responsible for all my problem. they are deducting my balance and using it. please do help me sir.
