[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Non Activation of CDMA Phone

The biggest mistake of my life is I have switched out from TATA CDMA to Reliance CDMA.

I have ported out my TATA CDMA # : [protected] to Reliance CDMA under MNP at Reliance World @ Subhan Pura, VADODARA (Franchisee : Anjani Communications) & from that day I am literally mentally harassed.

First of all, they have uploaded in Reliance GSM instead of Reliance CDMA though it was ticked for Reliance CDMA in their form.

When they given GSM SIM Card on next day, I have cross questioned why GSM, then they have realized their mistake & requested me to cancel this MNP Application with TATA. I did on humanitarian ground.

Finally, after 25-30 days, my phone started in Reliance CDMA, but I have not received any free talk time as committed by them & it is Rs.33/-. So many times, I have visited their store for that but every time commitment & there is no result. Lastly, they said you recharge with Rs.1/- & you will be credited with talk time. I said OK.

Now real story starts.... After recharge of Rs.1/-, my phone stopped working, which was working properly. If someone, calls me, he receive message, please check the number you have dialed. Again, I have complained to their call centre. They said, due to insufficient balance this has happened. Again I have recharged for Rs.10/-, but my problem is as it is.

How can we expect such things from corporate like Reliance & whose founder is Late Shri Dhirubhai Ambani.

My sincere request to Reliance people to please resolve my issue at the earliest & they can reach me on +91-[protected] as my phone # : [protected] for which I have raised this complaint is not working.

Reliance Communications — CDMA phone not yet activated

Its too sad and pity to say that one of our mobile connections(Ph# [protected]) in relicance communication has been deactivate for the last 10 days.

Initially we got an SMS form RIM to submitt all the docs i.e., address and ID proof.But when we checked with the RIM custcare they said that all the docs that we had submitted at the time of getting a new connection were lost.

The next day after this converstion the connection got barred and then, we submitted the docs at the nearest outlet of RIM and since then we the mobile is not activated.Its been 10 days and still we are runnig behind this.
Dear sir,

we buy your company prepaid sim (no. [protected]), this sim activate same day, but after three day no. is closed from your end. just received sms (your complete from not recieved) but we alreay diposit 2 photo's and address proof (driving liance), after received this sms, we agian diposit same thing, but not working my no. what i do.

Their service and commitments are .The worlds nonscence service provider is Reliance I am doing PORT out today .Kindly suggest me which one should I approach.I have approach TATA/VODA/AIRTEL
