[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — wrong balance deduction

This is regarding Wrong balance deduction from my account.
All the service providers say that Customer is The King but in reality Customer is that neglected lot whose grievances are never redressed. On 16th of May 2012 I had Rs. 90 in my account and when I tried making a call I received a message that I have insufficient balance in my account, I then recharged it with Rs. 120. The next morning itself when I checked my balance it shows Rs. 90. I called up the Customer Care and requested them to tell the last five deductions made to my account, the person told me that I have activated 4 services and when I tried to tell him that I have not activated any services and there must be some mistake he refused to listen to me.
This is just one case, the same has happened to me around 3-4 times, and this is the Biggest drawback of Reliance Network, as soon as you recharge your account some services get activated on its own.
Kindly look into the matter.

sir, I am a costomer of your relience gsm product since last two years.now i am facing a great problem with your service.you have deducted my 90 Rs triple charges from my balance.I haven't subscribed any service .I am trying to connect with your coustomer service, Piyush, my complaint no is[protected].but yet i have not foud any solve.please try to solve my problem as soon as possible. and refund my money. thank you.

Reliance GSM — WRONGLY BALANCE DEDUCTION

I am using reliance GSM connection my Mob No is [protected]
I want to complain that when i chacked my balance on 01/02/2010
i found that Rs 30 has been deducted from my balance
I immediately called customer care where complain solution within two days
But till date 08/02/2010...............................
I HAVE 35 RUPEES BALANCE OF 9:30 PM AT[protected]. THEN SUDDENLY MY 30 RUPEES WILL DEDUCTED BY COMPANY SERVER PROBLEM . I TALKING COMPANY'S SERVISE REPRESENTATIVE BUT THEY WILL SAY YOUR BALANCE IS UPDATE IN 48 HRS........BUT ITS TO LATE...........

actually i was trying to use gprs service in my mobile phone from 18th till 26 but i was unable to access that service but in that very time each time Rs 2/= was deducted from my account in this way total Rs 20/= deducted from my account when i complaint about this to customer care they gave the response that you r are not charged wrongly. After that i told them to provide me the nodal officer's no. whatever no they had given me are switched off.
plz help me with my concern. I shall be obliged to you for this.

Sir i want to lauge a complain against Reliance GSM network which provided the worst telecommunications service in Delhi NCR region.


1. I take a plan of Rs 77 in which reliance to reliance first STD call charge 50 paise after that it reduces to 20 paise. but when i call to reliance STD number my balance deduct @50 paise. I call to customer support engineer many times but they talks roodely with me ,do not give any correct information,they do not register my complain and aftersometime they disconnect line.

2. I dont got a Promotional balance when i recharged with full talk time vouchers.

I am "Suresh Verma" a user of reliance GSM prepaid mobile connection. First time the company deducted balance Rs10, 2nd time Rs5 for "Cricket Pack" on 7Nov and this is the 3rd time(8th Jan2011) the company wrongly deducted a balance of Rs.30 from my account against a pack ("SAIBABA" this time) which I NEVER TOLD THEM TO INSTALL ON MY MOBILE. & it is not even refunding the amount now saying that it was installed by me!! When I called to Nodal Officer for register my complaint and they give me complaint no[protected], Second day i got message"Dear Reliance customer as per your SR No[protected] ALTS SAIBABA SUBSCRIPTION vas pack is charged correctly "I am really discontented with Reliance & want you to do something about it.

Reliance GSM — Wrong balance deduction for 4th time :(

On 19th of March in the evening my Reliance Prepaid account was deducted by 30/- Rs, So i called the customer care the executive said me that some service through R World is been activated but it was so not true and i said to deactivate it and asked for my refund as i never did it. He have me a complaint number i.e.[protected]. And he said me in two days i will get my refund. Then next day on 20th March i got a message notifying me that my complaint has been processed then i checked my balance but i didn't get the money so i again called the customer care and now they are telling me that the service was activated by myself and i cant go for a refund. Then i talked to their Senior officer he also notified me that i cant get a refund.

The irony is if you activate any service you get a message about that offer and how much money you are been charged but i never got any such message. So its all clear.

And this time i am out of my mind coz this is not first time they have cheated me its 4th time this is happening to me so pls have a look at this and solve it soon.

i got a message stating that the money deduction was genuine but i totally disagree to it . . when i first launched the complaint the executive totally agreed that my balance will be refunded . . but what went wrong after two days??? Now they are telling me that it cant be refunded . . then why the hell did you commit that my balance will be refunded???

And on a clear note i never opened R-World or responded to any service calls. SO there's no issue of service getting activated by me.

And if a service gets activated on any mobile a notification message is sent to the number stating what service is activated and how much amount is deducted. But in my case no message was sent to my number and the money was deducted without any notification.

And i can't be wrong for the 4th time. Deal with it coz i never activated that service.

I just want my refund.

This is regarding 30Rs balance deduction from my account without any service activation request from my side. I just got a message from service provider that they are deducting this amount for a service called "my feeling service", but i have never requested any service named this. This is not happening first time to me, it happens very frequently and customer care personnel also not picking up phone. Please find other details below:

But All gave me Different activation code as follows

my no. is [protected]. on 1/5/2011 8.11am i got mgs from reliance that plz keep sufficent bal till 3/5/2011 ur voice pack will renew on 3/5/2011. After that i called customer care and inform about this mgs . Customer care agent told no such pack is activated on ur number and will not deduct ur bal u received this mgs bymistake dont worry.
and on 3/5/2011 morning i saw that my 17 rs is deducted from my main bal and i complain about this they r saying this charges r right.

plz help i had not activated any pack. I called customer care on 1/5/2011 when i got mgs that time cc agent told no pack is activated and now they r saying that voice pack is activated on ur number.

On 26th or 25 th May, 2011 reliance telecom cut my balance of around Rs. 30. My balance was 65 and after deducting the balance it was Rs 35. I called at call center. Their executive himslf said that the outbound officers have activated some services or some packs by themselves without my permission and cut the balance.

I want my balance back because this company has done the same thing many times before.

last night(04/08/11) i checked my balance and it was around Rs.40+.
but in the morning(05/08/11) i again check my balance and it was around Rs.11.15 only.
where the balance has gone the costumer care is not teling me.
I have not done any single call in the same duration.

Reliance GSM — Wrong balance deduction.

I had recharged my phone with 69 (Night calling pack Reliance to reliance) which gave me a additional benefit that when ever i call any other number that Reliance weather it be Local or National i will be charged Half of my base calling pack.

On 27th August 2011 (Saturday) i called upon a local number . . the talk lasted for about 20 Minutes and i was shocked to see that i was charged on my base charge i.e. 50 Paise per minute. It was supposed to be charged 25 Paise per minute.

I paid 5 rupees extra.

help me to revert back my balance which was wrongly deducted.

Reliance GSM — Wrong Deduction From The Main Balance

I have recharged my Reliance G.S.M. No.-[protected] on[protected] on 7:26 PM with Rs. 35/ in which I got 31.73/ core talk time and rest as the Promo Balance.After few minutes I called to a local RIM No.when I end the call the Main Balance amount shows me only 26.73/. I contacted the Customer Care to know the issue,he told me that a application has been downloaded from R World on 7:33 PM and therefore Rs.5/ has been charged against the download.But, I am dead sure that the R.World was not open on the mentioned time because the mobile phone was in my hand and there was no chance o[censored]sing R.World by others in any case.Not only that after some time I checked my Main Balance its shocked me with the balance of Rs. 19.73(approx.).At the same moment I again complained the issue on 198 they just told me that a service(Jokes Pack) has been subscribed by me. When I told them nothing has been subscribed by me. Although they unsubscribed my no. from the service and the charged amount was waived to my Main Balance. I thought I got the solution and assured myself that I am not going to charged further regarding any services or whatsoever which I do not use.But Unfortunately It doesn't stop I have been again charged Rs.5/ for four times against the G.P.R.S. usage. I have also complained the issue on 198,but till now I doesn't get the satisfactory solution from the Service Provider.
