I donot active anything. But customer care cut my 78 rupees main balance. When I call to him they donot receive my call. I want refund my 78rupees main balance. If they donot refund my balance I cannot use Reliance network. Because it is a third class customer service. i everytime call 198 but they donot receive my call.
