I don't know who is this guy but please block this number permanently. this guy calling all the time form a week...please do something. ..this guy is so weird when I called him many times but he didn't speak a word to me. I have recharge an unlimited talktime of Rs. 152 on 28/01/2017 having transaction ID No. 3038719 to my mob No. [protected] through My Recharge Apps.
But service of outgoing unlimited plan of above amount was going effectively upto 08/02/2017. Thereafter, this service in not working and when dialing number (outgoing call), it says that this route is busy and call later sometime nor call can be done. I also tried to make complain on their...

From 5 to 6 month i am using reliance 3g in reliance wipod max with the plan of postpaid 3g truly unlimited but 1 month ago in reliance office mysore they told me that reliance 3g will stop all over karnataka after one month because reliance has launching 4g so you have to buy a sim of 4g and reliance 4g wipod device to continue your internet and they told me that after buying 4g sim and 4g wipod device the internet activate on august 1st...

My reliance number was [protected] and I went to their shop for recharging.They suggested me to make it postpaid which I agreed.I gave the documents that they asked for.They said they will give me a call to confirm my identity, place etc.Till one week they gave me no call so I kept going to their shop.Eventually they called me and attended to the call.But upon reaching their shop they said the call was not attended so they could not confirm...

I am using Reliance GSM service a plan of Rs297 with 2GB of 3G benefits.I have call several times to Reliance customer care and complaint about they service as I was not able to use 3G instead it was giving me only 2G service.They escalated my call and they said that the issue is resolved and it worked for a day or two and than it started doing the same thing, I have to manually select 3G every single minute and that's very irritating, Kindly...

Sir, Realiance communications have given wrong information about the recharge values we recharged with 101 rs and they have not given any value to this recharge and when I talked to customer care he talked bullish and said we will only get 1paise on this 101 rs
now you can think how fake they are and their product and services
They are just looting the customers and destroying their social and moral values...

Mobile tower of Reliance is tremendously affecting us since last one year from sound,environmental as well magnetic point of view which has a real health hazard for us.Kindly do help us.

I donot active anything. But customer care cut my 78 rupees main balance. When I call to him they donot receive my call. I want refund my 78rupees main balance. If they donot refund my balance I cannot use Reliance network. Because it is a third class customer service. i everytime call 198 but they donot receive my call....
